A1EX, i don’t agree that the problem was dealt with in the general
update RNS. if the comment in that RNS about which particular
bit of CITIC they were talking to had been sufficient to satisfy AIM
regulation, then they would have been required to resume trading
promptly, to restore the liquid open market. at that point they still
had a nomad, so would not have been suspending for lacking one.

bear in mind that this company was not suspended because they
lost their nomad. even if they secure a new one, to avoid delisting,
they would still need to resolve the issue that got ‘em suspended.

from public info, signed off by WHI, the suspension issue relates to
the supposed relationship with CITIC, following media speculation.

getting a new nomad would be good news for holders, & they still
have time to do that, but in & of itself would not address CITIC issue.

hi londontowm, if EUA is purposefully not reporting something
material to lifting the suspension, that would be problematic in
its own right. surely you’re not suggesting the company would
act improperly in such a way as to deliberately impede liquid
trading on open market in its own shares? (i don’t believe that.)

londontown, part of having and maintaining a listing on AIM is
enabling liquid trading, without impediments to people buying
& selling the shares in an open market. AIM regulations set out
a limited and clear set of circumstances in which companies are
permitted to request that their shares are suspended, & other
circumstances in which they must suspend whether they like it
or not, along with regulations about when trading must resume.

it is not permissible under AIM regulations for company to choose
to suspend share trading in order to try to ‘protect’ their share price.

three months+ is a heck of long time for due diligence.

meanwhile, still a few days left for EUA to secure a nomad
& retain the possibility of returning from AIM suspension...

if my motivation is foremost in the minds of serious investors
here, then they are not focusing on what matters next for EUA.

AIM pis often think too much about other posters, not value etc.

if posts get made that appear libellous, claim to represent inside information
that others cannot independently verify, attempt market abuse in some other
way, are completely and repeatedly off-topic, or obscenely abusive, then it is
easy enough to use ‘report’ button, or email lse admin. other than that, imv it’s
simply up to the adult judgement of each individual on here to choose what
weight to give to other posters’ comments, & to form their own view about the
possible motivations others have for posting. (& FCA can of course be contacted
directly if there appears to be an attempt at market abuse, whether up or down.)

for you once you’ve put your filter on elenor? it’s easy
enough for you or anyone else to filter anyone whose

& baffles me how enthusiasts always seem to assume that
the reasons behind any delays are all positive ones for EUA.

TDT, yes, & tho’ they have been giving a positive ‘impression’
that WK is on the verge of greatness for years, the accounts show
that WK continues to *consume* cash, rather than generate it.

admin erased themack ID, as yet another duplicate avatar
of ruskiemole/ gulagescapee /puntersfriend etc etc etc.

for sure, this company does seem to prefer giving
‘impressions’ rather than releasing detailed news.

strange kind of NDAs, that would alllow this company to put out that
general update in early april, but would prevent the company from saying
if WK mining had started up, or production was being ramped up [cough].
