yes, that is a tricky bit with attempting to deal suspended shares
privately. ... don’t you trust anders to come up with the money?

ethio, yes, dealing since mid 1980s. i learnt a lot about
dodgy shares & directors from dealing with robert maxwell.
we made a huge amount of money from trading with him,
but it always scared the hell out of our credit department.

LL, all you need to do is ask HL to issue you a certificate for your
holding and send it to you. they might charge you a small admin
fee for that. but once you have your certificate, you can just crack
on and sell the shares directly to anders and arrange the payment
directly between the two of you. after all, you’ve already agreed
the price & the quantity. just leaves you with counter party risk.
