Re 15:05, it’s not just whispering who has stated they know people that have been approached by amit to buy shares recently *after* the pre-IPO lark; B3ast has also said something pretty similar.

… but several cloudtag/amit optimists, such as 1984, have repeatedly asserted that they do *not* believe that any more cloudtag shares were sold after the abortive ‘pre-IPO’ raise. … are you saying that they are wrong about that, whispering? (& if so, with what evidence?)

so either whispering is mis-reading the updates, or making it up, … or else whispering had personal experience of amit selling (or at least trying!) shares to her or another pi known to her around august 2023.

… and yes, if amit tried to sell someone shares, those might have come from cloudtag as newly issued shares, but alternatively they could simply have been sold from amit’s own personal holding (i.e. with zero effect on the total ‘book’ size for ctag, making ‘book closure’ irrelevant even if true).

in the absence of clarification from whispering herself, i am assuming that whispering did mean that amit was selling cloudtag shares (- as it’s hard to see what relevance it would have for ctag if he had been selling some other kind of shares).

If some company was prevented by NDAs from explaining the reason for a delayed payment of some kind, that might be a reason for silence / near silence, but it still wouldn’t make it OK for that hypothetical company to publish false or misleading reasons for the delay in payment.

Whispering states that amit is a UK resident … it would be interesting to know the current evidence for that (- bearing in mind, for instance, pointz’s recent comment about amit having disappeared).

Whispering states that “no random moniker or multiple ID’s [sic] used”, apparently in relation to amit selling shares. again, it would be interesting to know how whispering would know one way or the other whether or not amit had been deploying other IDs if/when trying to sell shares.

doug, sure, i agree — but i don’t think that “reasonable” investors have been the target demographic for cloudtag marketing for many years now. it’s the dumb money that’s been fished for, imv.
