If the issue to be fixed was that the company’s records re who amit had sold shares to had some glitches/gaps in it to be ironed out, then i can’t see what on earth that would have to do with any regulator’s “compliance process” - would simply need the company to buck up and correct its records and provide the paying agent with the current information ( and presumably sack and sue whichever useless employee had made those c***-ups in the first place.)

but none of the story from cloudtag is remotely credible, imv.

i do wonder if he’s still managing to cadge some cash from someone - v. hard to see why he bothers to provide any updates at this stage otherwise.

Issue, as always is whether people actually *get paid* ( — i.e. not just ‘notifications’, updates, ‘compliance processes’, etc etc)

? … though amit could perhaps buy himself some additional support at relatively low cost, by making payments to a selected few, which could help all the other pis feel more hopeful that they too might one day get a payout ..?

the commercial viability, or otherwise, of a mining company, is not based on whether loads of pi want it to succeed or not, nor whether those pis chunter away on a chatboard about it.

it’s about the quality, or otherwise, of the assets, and the project economics.

… if it’s true that the DFS has not been published because of ‘legal procedures’, that still doesn’t tell us how hard (or not, lol), EUA has worked to complete those procedures …. since i suspect it suits EUA very well not to publish the full contents, then i doubt they will be trying that hard to clear any purported legal log-jam.

… the idea that the DFS has ‘improved value’ doesn’t mean much without knowing the value to begin with, and the size of the increase. if EUA’s assets were worth f*** all to begin with, and then a DFS added 1% of value, [f*** all + 1%] still ain’t a lot.

… i think if the DFS was really good news, EUA would long ago have found ways to make the contents known.

Summit, my own guess —> the DFS actually shows pretty poor project economics, hence they prefer not to disclose it so that they can keep the plates spinning for as long as possible.

Bfd, that depends what you think a long time is? — 1.4 bid side at best for most of last month, & 1.45 bid side for months before that, all with pathetic liquidity.

re balance, i simply post honestly and consistently according to my own long-standing view, which is a negative one on EUA.

my longstanding view of EUA is that the underlying **value** is very low, probably a fraction of a penny at best. nothing has changed to alter that view.

price is what you pay, but value is what you get.

EUA can’t sell its assets for anything other than a pittance, despite trying to flog ‘em around for years, and they just lose even money when they try to mine.

the very delayed RNS shows up very clearly what kind of nomad EUA were left with, after the previous one resigned.

EUA had been trading around 1.4p for a long while before this particularly substance free ramp. no meaningful news of any sort to prevent it sliding back down below that level as the remaining traders here exit and the liquidity dries up once again.

Personally i don’t believe there are any agents at all.

but if, miraculously, it is true that there is a paying agent, then it would not be their fault / ‘poor performance’ if the company itself had not kept proper records to begin with, concerning who it had sold shares to.
