All this chatter about the HCW report rather reminds me of the very ‘optimistic’ [*cough*] report from hardman & co that was much touted around about koovs, before the pis there got utterly wiped out. ( … one amusing give-away line, in that particular report was the rather dead-pan line, “Conventional valuation metrics are unhelpful.” - no sh**, sherlock!)

A few posters have mentioned making reports to action fraud, FCA, police, MPs, SFO, etc etc...

… ? i suppose it’s possible that kind of context might encourage some CEOs to be slightly cautious / conservative with how they word updates to their shareholders/the public?

Just out of interest, if anybody was at yesterday’s emergency galvanising mingle, what were the take home points from it? - i see that the share price has been soaring ever since, and wondered what the good news was…. (not that the share price matters, of course.)

since EUA has the unique property of being an AIM share where the price doesn’t matter, they could promote it as the ultimate hedge / safe-haven share in turbulent times? … EUA, the share where you can invest and forget but still sleep at night! KSA and other big boys would probably be interested to even out all them pesky oil price swings and geopolitics.

… & (3), even if one disregards amit’s personal credibility / status/position, does the large corpus of cloudtag updates, taken as a whole, have good persuasive validity and face validity, i.e. coming across as internally coherent, consistent, and being a ‘good fit’ with what we would expect and understand from a business of this kind in this domain?

… & so (2), does amit have a personable high credibility, v widely recognised in the business community, for his wisdom, achievement, judgement, etc in the field as a whole, even if not so specifically in relation to DaaPs etc? [… in the sense that one would tend to listen very carefully to thoughts of lloyd blankfein, warren buffet or jamie dimon about stocks and shares, and corporate affairs, even if one knew that they were not particularly expert about a very specific company or sub-sector]

… so, (1) does amit have a demonstrable track record [repeated, frequent, long-standing, recent?] of setting up, developing and selling companies on his own which he has then sold for large sums to the benefit of shareholders who have invested in him?

Whispering tends to over-complicate, whether by constitution or design i am unsure.

there seems to be agreement between most enthusiasts and most sceptics that there is no independently verifiable public domain info to show that cloudtag has developed and sold tech / IP for quarter of a billion plus.

therefore, most of the argument hinges around the degree to which cloudtag’s umpteen updates are credible or not, with both enthusiasts and sceptics tending to accept that the updates are probably driven by amit himself (i.e. rather than an impersonator).

cloudtag was not set up as an investment trust designed to profit by taking stakes in shlomo’s businesses. and cloudtag is *not* one of shlomo’s companies.
