no reason imv to think that trump presidency will suddenly make EUA’s poor quality mining assets way more attractive to anyone, compared with the previous 5-6 years.

(In other words, i don’t think they will be completely out of cash by the end of march, but the longer they delay any placing past that, the exponentially worse the terms are likely to become, imv.)

Leno, when the auditors next look at the full year results, they will need to see viable cash in place for the next *12 months from that point on* [which is NOT dec 2025!] in order to agree company can still be considered a going concern. .. i.e. will have cash to meet its obligations as they fall due. so that’s a significant calendar point to keep in mind.

if they leave it until the last minute to try to organise a placing, it becomes increasingly risky as potential funders/placees will know the company is over a barrel, and can start playing gazundering games, with vicious circles in place as s/p jitters at such point.

it’s up to the BoD whether they give away more free warrants / grant free extensions.
