the argument is not about whether or not a house is sold literally within the next few days, but simply one about whether amit is buying yet more time which could be used to remove any and all significant assets from UK jurisdiction, with yet more excuses likely to come imv to buy even more time. i.e. for 6 days now, then silence for a little while, then some other excuse to buy another week or another month, etc etc.

6 days adds on to all the other delays, and no doubt he will keep coming up with further silences, followed by further excuses, which will keep on buying a few more days here, a few more days there etc etc (- just as he already successfully managed to dissuade shareholders from taking legal action against him over the last few years - )… and they it seems they are cumulatively adding up to plenty enough time for amit to avoid any consequences, unless cotter & co can organise a miracle.

I think it’s pretty easy to see who ‘RedRoger’ is speaking on behalf of.

Vagabondo, a possible issue in some situations a little bit like this might be; if some CEO in their personal life buys an asset in their own name, was it actually paid for with money that genuinely and legitimately belonged to them personally, or was it paid for with money that actually belonged to a company (or indeed, its shareholders), and had somehow been misdirected /siphoned off?

I’m not in the legal group (obviously!). but hope that cotter & co have been considering how they might be able to flag to land registry etc that there is a possible dispute about source of funds for the property / current beneficial ownership / who else may have a legal claim against the worth of that property. — it could make a potential purchaser have pause for thought if they are made aware that there are potential charges against that property asset.

Last time round the ramp crew tried to use trump’s election to pump and dump the shares it only got to about 2.75/ 2/.8p, i think. a little bit more effort needed from the pump & dumpers tomorrow to get about that. but hey, the world is full of suckers, peeps just find to bigger one, so maybe it’ll happen.

if EUA had a mine ready to go that was profitable, they would start it up & operate it.

but they haven’t, because it actually loses them money when they mine.
