Washers but again the permits may not be an issue for some, but was CH referring to the entire 20 that signed confidentiality agreements? If so he also clearly said that most of those were not serious and it was down to a “handful” so that to me means no more than 5. Now the question is, the reference to the permits not being an issue....was that for the 15 or for the 5. You have to listen and question, i don’t like to hear parts I like the sound of, and then ignore other parts that don’t suit what I want (not saying others do at all). It’s veey unclear either way and for that fact, that nothing will happen until we have permits which could be another 4-6 weeks min, then negotiating any offer (potentially), and that’s if it all goes smoothly.

Maybe from April but conference call only a week or two ago also confirmed nothing in concrete and no strategic review, no idea on future plans, added to which we do not know if the now handful of players left want permits in place (and it is now a handful left only). Also you wouldn’t be in serious cash save mode if you were being bought out immenently imo. If we can go from April to August (4 months) and nothing appears, not even a worthwhile update (and CC was somewhat fluffy), we could easily be looking at 2-3 months. I’m just going by my thoughts on most recent call and last two RNS’s. Imo given current position from facts and research I have gleaned, I would be amazed at any deal before another 2-3 months, hence the share is being shorted (not by me I might add), and constantly being sold into any rise with diminishing volume. Either way, we will see and let’s hope it all works out for us, but I’m keeping my powder dry for now.

MisterP, didn’t you predict double digits by the end of this week? (Ie 10p)? If you keep at it, in a few months you might get it right ;-) admire your ramping tho ;)

Agree, although personal view is this has to tie in with strategic review (and possibly permits as we don’t know if “the handful” left are wanting permits. My view of near time is 2-3 months, tying in with final strategic review issued (and updated), future plans (they don’t have any yet from what I can see and this must be a driver), and running out of money. You have to question if near time is days/weeks as some allude to, why are they is cash save mode, and CEO taking part time salary? To me that means a deal (and cash) isn’t coming anytime soon, hence my 2-3 month timeframe. As I say, only my take on it.

Although when listening to CF all the talk of potential buyers was very fluffy and lacked any positivity. Simply a few have some some work, a few more than others. Anyone that sees a quick t/o imo is dreaming, it’s months away. Just my opinion of course but things do not appear progresses enough to see any quick t/o that some refer to. Also let very clever answer to funding “funded into 2018” mmm very open that one, best case we have enough money for 4 months. As brockster says, permits will be the driver and even the only guarantee they have is Croatia issuing it “in due course”, again how long is a piece of string. Not here to de ramp as we are all here to see a success if AST. No stop date for review (again could drag into end of 2018 by sounds of it). Needs to shut down wells (takes time) no future planning of future revenues (according to CH). No formal offers, and those that have come forward with only initial interest are likely to make a non acceptable offer (if any), as no one has spent enough time in data room - so how do we see a deal “could land anytime soon”? Seems way off. 50 Euro already spent on project to date and achieved what? 20 signed confidential agreements some (a handful) are interested (so most of that 20 signed you can forget in essence), but nothing concrete, and sounds like no serious conversations have been forthcoming. As I say, just picking up on some points made by CH, and reviewing the facts and weighing them up. Thoughts welcome (not a ****ging match because i may have a different opinion to others), post based on facts and for discussion

For what’s it worth my guess is 15-20p on a good deal. Anything over is a bonus and will be a short lived spike imo. Successful spud, £60-70p. All depends on if we get a deal and the nature of any deal that may or may not be coming. As they say, don’t count your chickens (yet)
