I stand by you wouldn’t allow the sp to tank for a “bit of a game”. And if so, Potter should be out of a job and investigated for fraud. Simple. It would be pure market manipulation. They knew the reaction and if they had ANY information to cushion the blow it would have been in the RNS, and it wasn’t so for me, they had none. Just my view

It also doesn’t say they have stayed and continue to negotiate ;-)

Jim, agree but we know they have 3 days to release and rns and this is AIM, I have seen delayed RNS many times on aim. You could also say it’s not price sensitive until the 31st. Can’t see their hand was forced as they could have added a lot more to the RNS. I think you’ll find they thought by making the wording as is, it would limit the blow to the SP. This totally backfired on them imo and the market got it right hence the drop.

We know when it is lol by the end of 2018! And completion could mean dilution so why are you assuming completion must be a farm in?! Maybe have a look over at FRR with the likes of YA bailing them out....oh yes they got to “completion” but shafted each and every PI in the process and have spent 5 years paying it back to still be worth peanuts. You need to understand the term completion and open your mind to the concept of what could mean completion

And do you really think potter would allow the SP to drop by some 80%, wipe most of his own investment out, plus II/PI, nomad ok with it too, with an RNS that would cause sushi havoc when they could wait 4 working days and issue full news with a deal. Seriously laughable at times on here.

Degsy correction “adequately funded to continue developing well financing options through to completion”. This Could as easily be dilution, loans, you name it. Quite how you come to the fact that “a deal must be close” is beyond me

I have no agenda, I simply wish all those holding that good news comes and if I can hold and trade next week and try recover some losses until clarity from the bod, I see no issue with that. Oh for the record I also hold 500k of these shares on my SIPP so it is in my interest for a recovery.
