It doesn’t say there will be a placing in black and white nor does it say there won’t be, it says “options”! Of which there are many including placings

I sold my last 10% at 1.85, into bagr which turned to be a good move and some recovery of losses, but will be back in for a small position once we find the true bottom. Can see opening at 3p tomorrow. If we can hold 3p prior to news should sail past 4p, and likely back and hold 3.5-3.8p range. But this is aim and is dependent on what the multi BILLION pound partner suddenly puts our way. Safetest bet on aim right now with ease with multiple upside short medium and long term. Tony, don’t see that happening imo. Likely on announcing deal, but I think we will be consistent steady rise which is a lot more sensible for the share. Those that wanted have probably loaded up by now and others will come on deal formalised before we trade within nice range
