For clarity I haven’t said funding won’t come, nor a JV, if you read the thread the comment was in relation to simply we need to still agree funding. Too many like to jump down someone’s throat before taking time to read the actual posts.

Drilling will be funding dependent, which I don’t think we have as yet? Which could involve dilution. Not be negative or deramping, as either way there are benefits long, medium and short term, guess it just depends on your investment strategy

Seems 0.57p hard nut to crack. Close today 0.52 ish imo but if we break and hold 0.60p we will be off to 0.8 fairly quickly

I think that’s why we mustn’t get too excited even tho it’s very easy to become that way. Friday is the day imo, rns. On the second best news we may find people selling out when the hope it somewhat dampened (wrongly I might add). Profit taking will also occur imo later this week

MadChatter. Simply put, if their finances are in such a state, no bank will gaurentee it. They simply won’t get a bank guarantee or bond. My take is they won’t be able to get one thus won’t fulfil all prerequisites. My own company take out bonds on a regular basis and no bank will touch you if you aren’t secured and credit rating to the moon. Have a legal issue within the business like gspc have and the bank won’t touch them. All about risk. Even if they have the money I can’t seem them getting a bank bond imo

Degsy, agreed mate. I can’t see why this isn’t daily climbing, it’s hugely undervalued and next week is slam dunk value adder either way. Madness people aren’t jumping all over this. Next week will be fun and games!

Gkb. I totally agree with your last sentence and the bod have not handled this well at all. In terms of “exclusive nature” it also doesn’t say that they are continuing discussions. People are reading into snippets that aren’t there, and likely potter wording it like that so niave investors stay in hope. Fact is months have gone on, we have heard nothing from the major, nothing on the supposed other two (imo when the first major walked why didn’t the other majors step in for the NDA?), and the fact MQ are looking at other financing options and have been for months. Come on, you don’t end an exclusive agreement your paying $250k a month for, to then continue talking without it, risking others coming in and taking the assets away from you under your nose. Seriously

Agree Scully, my only concern here is no one knows when ratification will happen and in the interim the share price will drift due to lack of patience on aim. Would be nice for the bod to give some form on indication when this is likely to go to cabinet and timelines

Gkb. Enlighten me where it says catagorically they stayed and are still talking? Before critique others for “not reading plain English” I think some need to do the same. As I have said no one knows if they have stayed or gone but people keep saying 100% they are talking is plain wrong. Won’t be posting anymore as it’s rathe frustrating, some need to take their head out of the sand and their rose tinted glasses off, twisting rns and current position to make themselves feel better about the loss they are sitting on.
