I can’t see how they can remove it from the case list tbh, as it would have to be heard if it’s a yes or no, surely? You can’t just remove it, can you?!

Wildfire where have you seen this? Surely they can’t just delay it, they have set a deadline today? They have no grounds to postpone given a judge was called to the bar to see the case

What I find odd if they have had two weeks to question the amount owed, yet do it the day before it’s due. This should have been done at the time, how can you suddenly “not be sure what you owe” this late in the day

And if he does grant it expect sub 0.40p in minutes. Short terms holders will bail, no patience on aim. Whilst I hope they don’t, i now feel after a long think over the day, it will be granted for the sake of a couple of week, BUT I think it will only be granted if they can prove they have a serious viable option to find the money, if they can’t show a judge this I think it may swing our way. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have the money but can’t get it that quick and now want the extension. If they get the extension, money is coming imo

Even with an extension it’s delaying the inevitable, and even if it’s granted it may not be for the full 15 days, they could just as easy grant 7 days. I don’t think there is legal grounds for it and just feels it’s a last throw of the dice on a hope they buy some time as I can not see how the amount due isn’t clear. It’s very simple, and I hope the judge sees this.

How can he grant. There has to be grounds and it sounds as if there aren’t any. There has been a judgement in the high court, it’s unlikely imo another judge would grant this and undermined another judge but we will see

Adamrupps that’s no excuse, they have had time. If a judge starting doing that everyone would be doing it. They have been given time to raise money and a solution legally, simple.

Either way the money isn’t coming before tomorrow. They will either own 100% by end of the week or an extension will be granted. I can’t see how an extension can be granted given all sums owed would have been made clear in the first judgement. Last chance saloon I think chancing their arm

How can they need clarification surely it’s been done before the initial judgement? Sadly with the panic selling think this will be back in the 0.30s this morning

Morning games, either way people will load or hold until tomorrow or Friday then it’s either sell over if we keep 45% or boom if it’s 100%. A lot are in hoping for a quick buck on 100% so if this doesn’t happen I am expecting a sell off (wrongly)

There is no evidence of the Indian government stepping in, and with one day left any resolution in unlikely imo.
