@smiley. Luckily I didn’t sell, been there bought the t shirt, I suppose it’s just frustrating with aim and with some other corruption on some of my shares it’s just same old. A lot of people would have lost a lot of money on the rns today and that’s not right IMO through incompetence from the bod. Liquid if they know tomorrow they should have known today. Holidays in India until Monday. Wouldn’t be surprised if an after hours rns was issued. Either way explanations are needed

They will take it out if administration on the cheap imo, why pay now. Lose short term for long term gain or they see it’s a bad investment, many companies just cut losses if they have no confidence it’s a viable business

You dont issue and rns on “maybe they dropped w quick email or call”. It’s a shambles. As I say There will be a big twist here

There’s a distinct lack of detail in any third party negotiations which to me means there aren’t really any or at least serious discussions taking place. Simons emails, the RNS have all been lacking detail which to me means there is no detail as you would be trying to keep things as positive as you could in order to keep the SP stable. They have no revenue, nothing still shipped, nothing produced, the port now seems to be a non starter, and no feasibility study. Why would any third party come to the table? I see this as simons kind warning to us PIs to “reduce or get out” before we announce. You don’t mention invoking insolvency in an RNS if you weren’t very close to it! Will be insolvent and then bought on the cheap with all PIs shafted. That’s my take for what it’s worth

Smiley, my take on it, is insolvency is coming next week. At this stage, and the cash burn, and nothing appearing even close to being agreed, no word from hudosn, I feel it’s doomed now. I really hope I’m wrong but sometimes cutting your losses is as important as top slicing your gains. All the best

Why also no mention of the other two conditions that needed to be met? Again, was the money deposit met but not the other two conditions. The bod should be issuing clarity. In this day and age, and companies this size, government departments, legal teams, they can’t check if it’s been paid?! Something stinks here, sorry guys and girls but it does. You watch the huge delayed buy show up tonight on the drop

Didn’t Zaza say deal within 3 months? ie takes us into early January 19. I really do hope he hasn’t done the usual. The MOU must give all such confidence that it’s the real deal this time. Only hold 2.2mil shares, peanuts to most (did hold 6mil at one point), and with house and a family on the way and losing my job, could really do with a break with this share. Fingers crossed

They have the mom a golden ticket to make money. It will happen again when the official line comes. Best to wait to top up as I do sadly see the sub 40s again with this share, so volitile

@smiley I agree and you’ll find a lot were here for a quick multi bag. When they could see that not happening they likely bailed. When the official rns comes expect a big drop again
