Blue...so what’s the drilling plan then? And why are we over a year since this “plan was agreed”. No drilling plan ie well drilling plan was ever agreed, yet again you appear to be twisting a few words. Did you have a think about your last bold statement or will you not reply to that one?

Counting cards, the stay conditions have been met. Now, if they have not, the the fca should be investigating the bod. You can’t not issue an rns saying “they may have paid, but we don’t really know”. To then come out with the fact they have satisfied the condition of payment (and made to read others too), to then say the other two conditions havent been met a day or two later, when if they knew the payment had been made, I’m damn sure they would have known the state of play with conditions b) and c). It is simply misleading investors.
