Rong itbwas a good investment based on facts available at the time. Issue is a geeedy bod and yet we are months down the line and no one is none the wiser to the **** up with the major! Or the EA, or MQ! Hence the decline in sp. you can only invest on facts known at the time and an element of calculated risk, you can not factor for a greedy self fulfilling bod like potter, hence why many PIs sold and moved on. Look at the history of bpc

Rong, not at all. I lost £20k in the c0ck up of the Major so I feel for all. I won’t invest here at this price as I simply don’t trust potter and everytime he proves the people like me right. Give it a month or so and MQ be gone and placing will happen. And where’s the EA approval promised months ago? Oh yes smoke and mirrors. That said I hope all here do recover losses if anyone is sitting on one

Dadsbatty I agree, I’d like to think the words “once we have enough clarity as to a proposed or definite transaction” aludes to a more favourable outcome, given it comes over as once we HAVE not IF we have. I would like to think simons words is indirectly giving us the nod lol ;-) (we wish!)

I also emailed Simon re progress and has this response; I completely understand your concern and your need/want for an update. The board also fully understands this with respect to the whole shareholder base. However, we are limited in what we can say or announce at this point in time. All I can say is that discussions are ongoing on more than one front and once we have enough clarity as to a proposed or definite transaction, we will of course announce it. Kind regards, Simon

I think the “no news is good news” is rather niave. They will take this (if needed) to the last day and beyond whether a deal is there or not. You wouldn’t pack up and shut shop until the final day the cash runs out (naturally when insolvency occurs). No news could mean they are taking, no news could mean they have nothing. You will only know if the doors are shutting at the death. Imo a deal would be sooner rather than later as I have been saying. So the longer it drags the more likely I fear the worst. I’m sorry but I can’t beleive the “no news is good news” in this situation. I really think good news would be before a week or so you run out of cash. By god that’s not where I would want bzm to be, lessening any negotiating position. As for tadpole and his “watch this move Monday”, you simply need buying volume, 1) we have had no volume and 2) we have had mostly sells the last two weeks, so until volume, trade and volatility increases along with buys, this share simply won’t move (coupled with a ridiculous spread at the moment). That aside let’s hope for good news next week. Fingers crossed
