To add clarity that point smiley All I can say on today's board change is that with Michael having been a NED for a decade and coming up to his natural retirement anyway (he is 65 later this year), now is an opportune moment for him to step down. The timeframe in which a strategic partner/third party needs to be found before the market has to be notified as trading into insolvency. Does Bellzone have a timeframe on this ie weeks or months for example No, sorry, we have at this point said all that we can say - with carefully chosen words in RNS announcements - about the possibility of insolvency. Regards, Simon To be honest I’m now debating selling my holding. I find it odd to say the least they have no timeframe given open comments were made in the investor call. It feels they have no real plan or solution. Imo I really get the feeling insolvency is coming and they will continue trading insolvent to find a deal but by that point the SP will be pretty much zero

Smileywiley I have gone back (again lol) and simply asked are we talking weeks or months before we would have to notify the market of insolvency. I don’t see this as inside information at this stage so it should be given as I’m not asking for specific dealings just what timescale are we looking at to make a deal with someone. I’m getting the impression they don’t know, rather than cant share to be honest, and none of the replies (whilst great) coupled with the wording of today’s RNS is not filling me with much confidence

I think it there is silence or no reply, I fear the writing is on the wall, as the question posed was very closed and simple re insolvency. If this is avoided to be answered my opinion is things are very bleak indeed. What do they say...hide bad news.

So why the hype and sudden realisation of a bumper rns...few reading too much into a tweet. Flows will come when they come and imo not quite yet, but happy to watch on and wait :-)

I have also asked as to why the sudden change of board members given the juncture we are at, and when they would have to notify the market if insolvency should that happen. It appears a bit of “sitting on the fence” at the moment, but it’s also a hard position for them to be in with me Bombarding them with questions lol! As ever will post any replies

Very swift reply from Simon; All I can say is that a company does not run into insolvency at the point at which the cash balance in the bank is zero. “The directors have a fiduciary responsibility to review the trading of the business on an ongoing basis and, if it is trading insolvently, to call in administrators. This happens at the point at which there is no prospect of the business paying its debts as they fall due. So, in other words, a company can have cash that would allow it to continue operating for 2 months but it would not be solvent for all of those two months. Does that explain the difference between the statements you have read and / or heard?”

I tend to agree there not_sure. I am hoping Simon will reply to my further query, as if we can get clarity on how much cash we have left it should give us some confidence. I have asked if the mid November timeframe as per the investor call still stands, in theory if they stated that in the investor call, it’s not price sensitive, so it should be able to be confirmed/denied/expanded on without the need for an RNS

Simon responsed to my email, which is very refreshing. I have gone back with a query on cash position and asked for clarity that mid November is still our current cash position. I don’t see this as price sensitive so I can see no reason for clarity being offered. At least they are taking the time to reply to us PI’s which we have to a knowledge and thank them for. “I would not try to pick a difference between detailed and tentative; all of the talks have moved on from where they were previously, so this is perhaps a drafting slip. I would have used the same word to describe the talks now as previously. As regards cash, nothing has changed, so we have not made a further announcement at this stage. If there is a substantial development of a contractual nature with a third party we will of course announce that immediately”. Not sure what to take from Simons reply in all honestly and doesn’t really shed any light but hopefully he will reply with the cash position. If that happens I will post here for all to see

I think you’ll find a £141 top up is hardly risking your nett worth. I have said it’s high risk and I won’t be throwing the kitchen sink at it. I’m a gambler and has some spare cash in my share account after another deal this morning elsewhere so threw it here for sake of £141

Don’t shoot me but maybe he went before insolvency and protected himself as a director. Who knows! Rats off a sinkin ship. This is the problem we don’t know and that’s what’s holding anyone back from investing here
