I Suppose if it is later in the month they might be waiting for news from CBEC, Blue hat , or new alliances who knows !

My gut feeling is they just ran out of time with the placing and admission to trading , half year results could be next week , let’s hope for more detail on placing and CBEC deal ,still not expecting much more than £250k revenue but would be happy to be proved wrong.

New shares added ,looks like SL only bought a few to keep his 9%, so new investors bought most ,which is a good thing for the company and for all shareholders !

Depends if there is any news re contracts , wouldn’t be surprised if bluehat or CBEC has come good ,i am only guessing but it does seem strange as in the past the income could be written on a fag packet in an afternoon !

With little selling and all good news to come ,are we at the bottom ? Results may bring some surprises , Serybox seems to be performing well if the you tube views have translated to sales, and it seems because of the size of the placing that orders from the CBEC deal are substantial . I’m guessing we won’t see the sp at this level again .imo

So the investors were legally given inside information (MAR) to persuade them to invest in the company , bodes very well for the future .imo

“Whopping .dilution” not really , I’ve had companies that have diluted by 100% so only a small and much needed fund raise , I can see massive potential now , looking forward to results and more detail about what is happening with bluehat .

Fantastic and expected news , the £1m will fund the expansion into China by CBEC , I wonder if the delay in publishing results is to coincide with BlueHat approval !

Agree , could be a new investor which would be a good thing in my opinion , have you spoken to IF then ? And completely agree that the billion £ company could be closer than we think ,it doesn’t take much profit maybe £10 m -£20m which if you believe the “substantial multiples” comment must be very achievable . I also agree that a take out at the moment would be bad for private investors , 7p or 8p would undervalue this company massively .this is of course only in my opinion .

Yeah seen those , not sure it’s been enough for the likes of SL , my feeling is SL will pick up another couple of % in any placing , there is of course other large holders who would jump at a chance of some cheap shares with the prospect of Blue hat in the next few months .
