If the distributor are not going to market it properly then the whole deal is pointless , surely they already have a market through their e channels , it seems to me that if they do not promote ff+ they won’t sell any ,after saying that I do feel there is a ready made market in China , as IF said in the Rns , ff is particularly relevant to the Chinese and I assume eastern cultures , with the raise being so big I do feel they are trying to jump on the bandwagon of online sales at the moment in that part of the world . Fairly clear this’ll paragraph from the CBEC announcement .”The agreement announced today grants the Distributor exclusive rights to import, market and sell the Company's Fruitflow+ Omega-3 dietary supplement product in China through the CBEC channel, with immediate effect. The Distributor will purchase Fruitflow+ Omega-3 as required from the Company, and the Distributor will then market and sell Fruitflow+ Omega-3 in China through its existing network of e-commerce and other sales channels.“

It may be ! but im not an expert on selling into new markets , I try to look at the basics and as our distributor seems able to do promotion / marketing and selling I think that cost will not be ours , it seems they will purchase ff+ from us as and when they feel they can sell it into the Chinese market , I feel our job will be to make sure there is a supply chain that can cope with much larger volumes than we have seen up to now . I wouldn’t have thought IF would raise so much if he wasn’t confident that he can sell this huge commitment (by our standards) . I am only guessing as we all are .

So if they use £700k of that money for inventory and that equates to 31%cost , revenue from that investment equals about £2.25m . Will be interesting to see how long that stock takes to use up bearing in mind that our distributor will be paying upfront .

Gixer correct me if I’m wrong , in the finals cost of sales was £35k ,against a revenue of £348k but the AA has all cost taken by DSM before we get our cut ! So cost of sales can only be cost of ff+ sales £115k , this works out at about 31% , so the £1m could go a long way if it is Used only for inventory !

Wonder how much of the £1m will be used for stock ! How much would that translate to income ? .. “The funds raised will provide the Company with additional working capital to support its international revenue growth plans for Fruitflow+ Omega-3, particularly in terms of inventory, to include the Chinese CBEC distribution agreement for Fruitflow+ Omega-3 which the Company announced on 16 November 2020.”

Not surprising as the spread has been 28% since before Xmas

It appears that our new and existing investors have not breached the 3% notifiable interest threshold , a bit surprising! but better for all shareholders that no one person holds such a large percentage of our company , I suppose someone could hold 66m shares and not have to inform the market .Have any of our large holders on here increased their holdings ?

Maybe one of our new investors topping up before informing the market of their holding , maybe Rns tomorrow
