Yes that makes sense, whatever the % it’s not right ! that will / should be put right soon in my opinion , with the new placing having to be added at some stage .

I notice the provexis site is still showing SL holding 9% of the company , but his holding seems to be about 3.5 m shares short of 9% , could the holdings information have been held back until this new placing was announced !this would again change the % holding of all holders , If that is the case then we might get the long awaited update to holdings by significant investors this week , this might make things a bit clearer for us all .

Clearly with many approvals in 2019 and even more last year , registration does not always take 3 years , the Samr was set up in March 2018 !

Order has been shipped! The Company's distribution agreement with a company which will act as the distributor for Fruitflow+ Omega-3 in China through the Chinese CBEC channel has made a good start, with a first test order now having been placed by the distributor and shipped to China.

So presumably when our distributor sells the test batch they will come back and make a more substantial order that they feel they can sell ! Let’s hope the test batch sells well and the order will be of such a size that we will have an Rns ! After saying that I can’t find any evidence that ff+ is on sale yet .

You must have the last of the old batch ! The latest packaging is the single blister pack which they are using to supply the Chinese market .

I t would make sense for By health to buy a few % of Pxs if they have any intention of making a bid for our company in the future ! Strange that they (By health ) didn’t release 3rd Quarter figures!

Ever hopeful you’re wrong on a couple of points there , you forget that China is still a communist state , the state could purchase on a large scale and of course at a discount to what we pay , also this statement from the results shows there’s an appetite for proven health products , “ China is now the world's second-largest pharmaceuticals market, measured by how much patients and the state spend on drugs (source: health-care information company IQVIA). The Company believes that Fruitflow has the potential to play an important role in the Chinese cardiovascular health market.” Lastly the new distributor for CBEC have access to e commerce sites and it will be their responsibility to advertise and promote (if they want o sell anything ). We are all frustrated at the moment , it seems to me that the most important thing is for By health to get Blue cap , at that stage it will be in their interest to promote the hell out of the new products , imho

Nearly 3 months of moving sideways! almost a record length of time , no one selling or buying much at the moment , only news it seems will move this now, let’s hope the next news is not the finals in Sept . With lots going on behind the scenes we can only hope for good news soon .

So Important Patents have been secured since Sept 20 , and it seems most involve USA , Europe , S Korea , Brazil and H/K , its about time we had some news / deals from the states , maybe they are waiting for Samr And maybe Cbec deals to show what can be done . IMo
