Hi TMT. I have stated that a JV would be the most profitable route. Selling an asset at "in ground value" is short sighted, The structure would depend on who the JV is with. We are 100% owners, with non processing infrastructure to share, so are in a very strong position.

Will have to wait for the details to be released but i am sure the grand master has a plan. ATB Speedy

That is a hard one to answer and is down to your personal requirements.

For me, at the moment, i hold 40% physical metals and 60% GGP and will return to 100% metals when i sell my GGP stock.

When you reach your targets for GGP and sell your stock do you want to earn more or preserve your wealth? That is a decision that only you can answer.

Hi All. We are in the sweet spot at GGP. Gold is resuming its rise with central banks buying physical and dumping treasuries. Inflation is coming in big waves and bond yields around the globe are breaking 5%. To really fight inflation rates will have to rise above 10% but that will bankrupt many states (hard decision) .

Ratio between gold and gold miners is historically low and many "experts" are stating a 10x rise in the miners (nice).

Hi All There is a huge difference in value between "in ground assets" and "refined product" OCs will serve us best if a JV is arranged.

As an aside, there are several "financial sites" pushing "Nat Gold" The concept is tokenized in ground gold. They are trying to sell you in ground gold at a massive premium to real value. ATB Speedy

Hi Bcontrarian. Massive debt is the real issue. With such high debt level banks/govs will not want to raise rates to fight inflation. That does not mean they won’t. The massive inflation coming will force their hand. To what extent no one knows

Hi All. The world is in a mess. Oil heading to $150/$200/barrel, nat gas heading higher, fertilizer/food shortages. There will be a tidal wave of inflation and rates will have to rise causing nations to default on loans affecting pension funds and financial markets. Things are going to get very bad very quickly.

There is no way out of this apart from more wars and misery.
