Hi Blue. I assume you are referring to Hatton Garden metals, if so, their model is scrap purchases. Some times they have Britts in stock, acquired from sellers, not from the Mint. They are without doubt the cheapest way to buy britts if you are lucky enough to inquire at the right time.

Physical gold and GGP are completely different investments. Gold is almost risk free whilst GGP is a miner and carries significant risk. At present my holdings are 60 GGP/ 40 physical metals. Some time in the future that will revert to 100% Britannias. ATB Speedy

Hi Martin. There has recently been a deal done in Canada where the Chinese paid $350/oz for inground gold. Using the same math for Tungsten inground valuations would be about $24/kilo. Just have to wait to see how much there is at OC. ATB Speedy

Most I know are storing wealth in physical gold not bonds. I am sure the big investment and insurance firms would prefer wins to losses but if they are forced to buy and take losses the market will eventually ignore them. ATB Speedy

Hi all. I think there is some clever short trading going on. The trading pattern yesterday showed 5 evenly spaced dipps just after the high and this morning there were 3 evenly spaced dipps after the high. Expert short traders can use very smallish trades to influence markets and i think that is what is happening now. I may be wrong but if so what are their goals? Whatever happens it will not stop the inevitable rise. ATB Speedy
