Hi Element. Thanks for the indepth posts on GGP. Your statement "no one knows where the POG will be in 5 years" is correct as no one really has a clue. One thing for sure, with no one wanting to loan funds to indebted govs around the globe (at the present interest rates) the bond market is in big trouble. This can only lead to a higher POG as liquidity is injected into the system. My bet is 5 years time will see gold at or above $10k/oz. ATB Speedy

Hi All. With fiat in its death throws it is time to price GGP sp in gold. At the moment you need only 0.039 grams or 0.0013 ozs of pure gold to buy i share of GGP. Hi All. The good news is coming from all angles. The rising POG heading to $5500/oz in the not too distant future and the amount of the shiny stuff, we are and will be producing in the not too distant future makes owning GGP look very exciting.

I see no reason to buy out or JV with anyone at the moment. We have more than enough on our own with Telfer, Hav and all the other prospects being explored. Diversification away from "one trick pony Telfer plant" could be implemented with a find at one or more of our holdings, just need the drill to be lucky. ATB Speedy

Hi All. With the COMEX shutting down for 10hrs and the spike in the POS the end is happening in the price suppression. Un proven reports of a approved participant (big bank custodian) stood for a 400 million oz silver delivery. This is unprecedented and in a liquidity deprived market the paper players did not have the silver to meet the demand. This is massive news and should not be underestimated.

ETFs carry a counter party risk and if the rumors are true and a big player wants out watch out.

Holding silver Britts seem a better, if slightly more expensive, option and allows you to sleep at night. ATB Speedy

Hi All. We are all waiting for the results and they must be very close now. Folks are selling down a bit just in case the results are below expectations or is it a lab workers auntie working a leak. This is why "investing " in gold explorers is so exciting, you never know what the turn out will be. I am banking on outstanding results. ATB Speedy

Hi All. Over the last 10 years we have seen consolidation phases playing out and then big gains. It will be the same this time round. The time scales are getting shorter. The 2020 phase took 3 years to break above $2000/oz, in Apr 2025 it only took 3mths to break $3400/oz. We are into the (approx)4th week at around $4000/oz and the coming rise to $5500 will be happening sooner than most think as $4000/oz becomes accepted as a good entry point.

All the pointers are looking good for gold. Lowering rates in the face of inflation is a double lift for the POG along with global debt taking of to the moon and the war drums beating louder and louder. The stock market looks very top heavy and crypto taking a beating. Every where you look the pointers for a higher POG are screaming at you to get into physical gold. ATB Speedy

Renters are now on a very very bad place with fewer places on the market. The big players are snapping up the repros and placing them on the market at unaffordable rates.

All the rules and regs have made the rental market a bad place for land lords and tenants

Hi All. I have mentioned about the coming derivative unwind many times. The risks are huge (some say $600 trillion) Counter party default, even a small one will see the whole derivative based system collapse. This includes all ETFs. It is happening now, do not get caught out. Physical gold has no counter party risk. ATB Speedy
