No AB said 'transferred to JV partner' to me this means the funds were received. If not then the words are intentionally false

I dont live in the UK so I dont know but I would like to believe that the UK/AIM exchange to allow such a blatant material mistatement

I do know that this would not be tolerated in Canada. If true that the $21 million was not secured this would result in very negative consequences for AB not the least of which would be not serving as an officer or director of any public Canadian company. (probably for a limited time say 3 years-based on a somewhat similar case that I am familiar with)

I certainly hope that it happens but I have no rational basis for that expectation. RRR/AB have been consistently wrong on believing it will happen soon for over 4 years

Nike re DAL--I notice the past tense in mentioning DAL "SEEMED' despite Helpful's constant drum beating this deal would get done by Dec 31st. It was not done and was postponed, yet again, to March 31st.
