Even if the ore bodies do not connect there would be common infrastructure that would benefit Mtn Ida (where RRR's royalty is) If no other reason than to keep another large iron deposit from going into production which creates more supply

Mt Bevan has various permits pending, applied for or otherwise in the works so I dont think they would do anything that would disrupt the permitting process and risk possibly starting over.

What is timeframe in the UK to get a Supreme Court ruling? In Canada/US its typically measured in years. I have no frame of reference for the DRC judicial process but less than a year would seem to be incredible to me.

Readers of this forum seem to focus on individual words which is fine but the context in which they are said as well as prior statements is also important

Baburyboy The arbitrator is in charge and wants to be consistent with prior court rulings, which is positive for RRR, apparently there was language in a prior court ruling which needed to be clarified or there in was doubt. That clarification is what was requested from the Supreme Court earlier this year in Jan 2025. RRR is waiting for that ruling to be published/

AB expected it last week. I dont know why. If the ruling is complete (is it complete?) and RRRs is waiting for publication then why would teaching, sickness or even death (issues involving judge(s)) have an impact on publication?
