What DRC governmental agency is taking a DD trip? They could be two different departments. AB said payment had been approved by various regulatory bodies. Is the DD trip for second housing deal? Dont know

In any event for me the key is the court decision, then arbitration result, then instructions to pay, then payment, then transfer of funds from DRC to UK, pay off all creditors, make definitive plans for other properties and have a great 2026!!!!

If they were they would have already done so. At this point they much happier (post Royalty sale, post housing JV progress, post pending sale to Dalaroo) than at any time in prior 3 years.

IMO the reality is the trading volume is low and therefore subject to these types of changes. Big new (good or bad) should result in large trading volume and the share price will adjust

This is a totally meaningless word in the context of the DRC

imminent (to RRR) means that everything is done on their side and they are waiting

Even now Dec 2025 it remains the case. RRR is ready- just waiting for Supreme Court

This is and has been a legal process. Parties other than RRR can influence that process, including the process itself has an impact on achieving a conclusion

Innocuous events such illness, death etc have an impact. Other more serious events such elections or war can also have an impact

No one should be under an illusion that this case, no matter its importance to RRR, is of major importance to the DRC at large
