I like, many others, can understand a period of quiet during a period of potentially significant developments. AB should be aware of that potential (he does have experience as CEO of a public company. So it was a mistake to promise news or updates when none could be reasonably given.

No update from late Dec 2025 trip to DRC. No update on the so-called transfer to the housing JV partner. No update on anything at all

You are once again distracting from the main point. None of work planned or projected Recon will be of any immediate benefit to ELEP and even less to RRR

Oil price is down. Venezuela looks to opening up the country for major oil investment. Even more relevant to RRR is the gold price has doubled yet the only the deal that AB was able to complete is sale of a royalty back to the producer (need I add that it was sold at a much lower price than you said just 30 days prior to that sale?)

I have heard the bullish story of ELEP for years and how much money it would mean to RRR. Nothing ever happened. IMO its even more remote (a cash liquidity event) now.

AB needs to get the ARB money, get a new DRC property that is in production, progress on JV housing deal, renew Migori license. You know-actual results for RRR;s shareholders.

AB is doing nothing for ELEP-just waiting which hardly justifies a salary does it?

Helpful re 11:37 Recon Africa Why do you believe this is so significant to RRR? Damara Fold is interesting, but there are a lot interesting things going on in the world. The well is going for a production test which leads to more testing and then to drilling of a discovery well. If all is positive then those results would come in towards the end of this year (2026) ELEP is miles and miles away-that a really really far to infer any sort of tangible value.

ELEP is private and thus no apparent exit strategy for RRR to cash out its very minor position. Yes IMO ELEP has some value to RRR, perhaps even more than than 200 tonnes of lithium ore in storage. So there might be enough value in ELEP for RRR to pay off a months of operating cost or monthly interest costs in 2027-2029 time frame.

For those reasons IMO ELEP is not very significant to RRR. For me RRR's critical issues are

1-ARB funds

2-housing JV progress

3-RRAL deal

4-Kenya (Migori) license renewal and either sale or JV

5-Deal completed with DAL by March 31st (you know the deal you said would definitely get done by Dec 31, 2025-LAST YEAR!!!)

6-gold production or progress at BK- (you know the property that you said would have gold production in 2025 _LAST YEAR!!!)

To some this issue is not relevant to others it is very relevant

not relevant- costs have been written off, 200 tonns likely could not be sold and shipped to China

relevant- issue goes to the heart of management's credibility or really the lack of credibility

IMO I think all would agree that the issue of 200 tons of material of uncertainly lithium grade- will no be short driver of RRR's share price
