If each NDA was 4 pages then that would be 8,140 NDA. So if AB has say completed 50 deals that would equate to 0.006% chance of completing a deal.

I am not liking those odds.

You confirmed it with your link to DAL's announcement. DAL already has the permits. No DAL shares issued to RRR, no announcement from RRR that the deal closed.

DAL is binding subject to the due diligence. Expressed a different way RRR is committed and can not back out but DAL can because DAL has to complete its due diligence. So in Oct 2025 an agreement was reached between RRR and DAL but by Dec 2025 had obtained license which RRR thought were going to be issued to RRR. DAL has no apparent reason to pay RRR
