Yes waiting is typical for RRR shareholders. For example I am still waiting for the gold assays from the termite mounds from 2024 which were "expedited" and were so very very important that RRR raised funds by share issuance to get it done.

It is very common in Canada to do a cashless exercise on warrants- How to do this? 1- Brokerage firm receives warrants held by RRR, 2-broker confirms with SOMA and their stock transfer agent the warrants are valid. 3-RRR instructs broker to sell, shares sold 4-transfer agent delivers shares to broker to settle trade

5-Broker keeps the exercise price and balance is sent to RRR

The warrants are as good as the shares. This is why in a prior post that if Soma does provide notice that the warrants expire in 30 days (after 30 consecutive trading days of trading above $3) that SOMA shares would have selling pressure

Red Rock Resources Plc, ("Red Rock" or "the Company"), is a natural resource development company with interests in gold and base metals, principally in Africa and Australia.

The Company notes that it has submitted and remitted payment for samples to be tested by SGS in Yamoussoukro and expects results as soon as payment is received. The samples include 75 termite mound samples from its two granted Côte d'Ivoire licences: the Yamoussoukro licence, covering some alluvial areas, and 19 rock chip samples from the Djekanou licence. All samples were tested for multielements and those from Djekanou tested in addition for their potential lithium content.

Yes RRR could exercise and hold share (which unless the debt situation is resolved is unlikely)

If shares are held then of course RRR would be benefit from a share price increase as well as suffer potential losses if the share price goes down.

If SOMA does provide notice then it is probably that the SOMA shares would come under selling pressure as a number of warrant holder may be unwilling or unable to own additional shares or lack the cash resources to exercise and hold. SOMA will take market condition in effect at that time in making that decision.

No doubt you are well aware that any valuation of a warrant should take into consideration warrant restrictions for possible negative impact on the value

you posted the terms of the warrants associated with the LIFE offering however RRR did not get warrants from that offering but rather the sale of a Royalty

Is RRR warrant on SOMA shares subject to the same conditions? If so then RRR's potential upside is severely limited

I hope its because AB is at a sensitive stage which unfortunately just involves waiting until the other side (s?) complete what ever is needed they need to do.

My fear is that nothing is really going on and AB has to come up with yet an other pivot. This fear is fueled by the historical track record of not releasing timely information on planned activities which were never implemented and then never commented on again
