Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
Aim-- RRR has reported grades on it 's RNS However RRR was not mining but rather buying ore with the objective of exporting it to China. AB has stated RRR can not make money at the Lithium prices at that time. Obviously prices have increased since then so it is unknown if the price has increased enough to make a profit
Range Rover-Why do you say the legal have sorted?
'couple of days' I posted my thoughts on this several times. IMO it was never possible. At best all AB could hope in couple of days was to get the other side to sign an agreement. Assuming he or RRR's attorneys could figure out who was actually authorized by the 'other side' to sign an agreement. That alone could be a long proces
Maidit re "greasing his palm' Do you realize the possible negative consequences of such a suggestion?
LOL RRR is also aware of the situation that VUP is in. RRR has been making payroll for years, has VUP --NOPE
This is my understanding of the process
1) finalize and have both parties sign agreement
2) have official stamps on agreement
3) have court recognize and ratify the agreement
My best guess on this would be 3-4 days based on getting in front of judge in 24 hours. This could be longer if changes are made to agreement. Not everyone has access to computer, word processing programs, printers etc. Some countries still use typewriters
4) Take that document to Gecamines and to recognized, approve documents to process for payment
5) Gecamines make payment
AB previously said he wanted to be in DRC when payment was made to RRR
6) with funds in RRR bank account in DRC AB has to arrange for approval to send US funds out of DRC
7) funds arrive in UK
Steps 5 to 7 could take 2 to 4 weeks. Longer if Gecamines has a 30 day time frame to process payments.
In writing that I acknowlege that AB has stated in interviews that payment would be made promptly or immediately. In Gecamines case even if they said those exact words then payment in 30 days would still be truthful
I hope its faster but that a reasonable time frame
AB still in DRC see his post on X
Helpful agreed There was RNS about 3 years, I think, which was never issued because the NOMAD did not get the translation
Agreed Folks are really clueless. It seems like every depressed stock blames 'short sellers' who are breaking the law or playing fast and loose with the reporting rules.
Personally I dont believe any thing about 'unreported short positions'. If true it is a big black eye on this exchange and it should discourage anyone from investing in any shares on this exchange. Shame on the UK for permitting this type of lawlessness
I still believe the DRC cash will happen and still own RRR shares
Re RRR short sellers
This is from the exchange
"There are currently no open short positions in Red Rock Resources."
Maidit What's going on? Last week you said Friday (last week). Now its Wednesday?
You continue to set up the market for disappointment. Are you a short seller?
Duck -go back and read Helpful's old posts in which he said it had to be translated before NOMAD would accept it. I think you have to go back about 2 years
Agreed --Despite the big drop in Lithium prices and AB stating that if RRR sold they would lose money, Helpful still posts that ALR is worth a lot of money Then Helpful posts RRR should not sell RRAL for $6 million even though RRR can not even pay the $1.5m for 49%
Helpful wants RRR to be broke and with no cash, Why? He is a short seller
Maidit- is happy with a lower RRR share price, posts unrealistic expectations which possible can not be met. Why? He is a short seller
Whats going on? Earlier this week posters were saying it was going to be done in 2 days (ie by Friday). Now its another delay and a changed goal of Wednesday. Posters were saying AB would be flying back by now
Pumpers set up these unrealistic expect actions and then wonder why the RRR share price does not perform
Perhaps they are secret shorters. Maidit appears to be happy with the lower share price despite the claim to be a shareholder Perhaps a 'short shareholder'
Helpful please recheck your link it went to a comment made by "sharedcat1' not Bell
Banbury I wonder if success in DRC will be redefined as creating and maintaining another tax loss
just kidding obviously before the 'happy' RRR shareholders jump on me for this post
I do hope that AB can finally get a signed arbitration award and unlock the DRC cash
I find it interesting that several posters go on and on about how great RRR has creating and saving tax losses.
Those tax losses only have value if Australian income can be generated. What is that time frame and what will it cost?
Personally I would rather have RRR generate profits.
Lol Had to laugh at this reasoning. similar to AB has to keep working at RRR to protect the tax losses.
Personally I would make a profit and then use up the tax losses but I recognize that others have a different approach
See AB posting on X " from meeting to meeting"
Maidit- Are you happy with the share price?
