Did AB say everything passed at AGM?

Wow AGM rejected the 800 million shares. Now what? Will Challenge start foreclosing? or is Arb coming and insiders knew they could not get away with it?

-David re 15:51 IMO the shares being issued are the 800 million authorized by the AGM what follows is an issue of whether or not something positive action happens. Thus IMO the fix is in and news will be positive. Your view is also very possible. I may be clinging to a false hope that arbitration is real

3-then announce positive news

Posting a lot is also the criteria for being bored and tired of waiting for something tangible to happen for RRR.

Unless its a very large public company on a major stock exchange I would imagine most shareholder meetings are poorly attended

-no news on arb money until AFTER shareholder meeting

Why insiders need approval of the increasing the authorized shares so that the 800 million shares can be issued.

I suspect anything positive will conveniently happen after shares issued

To all Helpful does a very good job of highlighting the SOMA's value and reminding everyone that RRR had this asset and despite it being profitable for RRR, RRR sold it to SOMA for pennies on the dollar

Who else will RRR make rich? will it ever be for RRR's shareholders???

and the poster does not actually have to cite the reference just leave it up to everyone to DYOR.

Alternatively is it ok for a person(s) take assets from RRR and have no negative consequences (ie lawsuit). I mean, really, is it that much of stretch to say if something was stolen that RRR would action? or is the bar so low for AB/RRR to expect no action should be taken? that is just so sad
