RRR got one million pounds. IMO made a partial payment to POW, very modest payment to other creditors and RRR has plenty of money to pay POW the second payment.

Why? AB/RRR were not sure where the initial money to fund the housing project was coming from. AB would have or should have kept funds. IMO this is why the DRC govt funding the first 3 factories is so very important. The aborted Proactive interview could very well have been related to that. More details on the housing JV is not new news so perhaps a RNS, as some have suggested, is not needed.

The proactive interview was not released on Wednesday. The day is not over in Canada but it is past 8 pm in the UK and past 9 pm in the DRC

Why did you invest in RRR? For me it was hope, hope that RRR would get the DRC cash, that was over 2 years ago. Of course I knew that it would take time

Personally I think virtually everyone who invested in RRR (and probably most AIM shares) did so based on hope Even with the housing JV a fact the upside (as big as it is) is really based on hope of future events

All shares trade mostly on hope. Hope that the business continues, no new competition, no new taxes etc

Put your money in a bank in a one year term deposit and you hope the bank will still be there in a year.

Interview with Proactive on Wednesdayost

Lots of posts expressing concern about next payment due to POW while noting housing JV is great but wont generate cash that fast (which is true)

lets put possible dates with actions

-housing funding arrives in 2 week, AB has stated it take months to receive factory and start building houses say (June-Sept 2026)

-IC project is sold by Dec 31st and RRR receives say 300,000 pounds of shares which are then perhaps sold over the next 3-9 months

(again no immediate help

RRR get more DRC mining property (say 1-2 months) then finds JV partner in following 6 months) so mining claim starts property on towards production (July 2026) with actual production by July 2027

Oh no where is the next POW payment coming from ? Oh right RRR got one million pounds. I doubt that AB paid most of the money out to the creditors. AB knew that RRR had to pay POW for property to avoid dire consequences. Action that unpaid creditors could not take immediately.

Can that creditors still action-of course But now for the first time in YEARS RRR has alternatives to the DRC cash award. If creditors took no action in 2022, 2023, 2024 and no action to date in 2025, then IMO they will wait, take no action now and collect their very high interest rates (which is what they really want)
