Banburyboy- Correct the $22.5 million is not going to RRR (AB stated it was for the Housing JV for the first 3 factories to build houses)

Helpful's post IMO was not misleading -"We are waiting for the payment' does not imply RRR is getting funds. I can state I am waiting for the funds to arrive (to housing jv) Why? it shows continued progress. RRR will benefit from future profits (if any) from that JV. AB said the first 3 factories are just the start

That fine with me. Start with 3, get money for 3, build factory, build houses, sell house, make profit. RRR should continue to provide updates

AB also stated it will months to build the factories to start the process. Again that makes sense to me

Clearly there is a lot of activity. IMO AB is laying the foundation of something very very significant. DRC is country with vast untapped mineral wealth with an emphasis on copper and cobalt both in very high demand with the richest ore grades in the world.

Details will emerge over the coming months. Yes months- not hours, days or weeks but MONTHS

Mining properties to be selected by RRR, agreed upon, terms negotiated, production plans prepared and then a financing partner found. Steps all identified by AB Notice there is nothing in those steps that RRR is putting up the production. I fully expect it will RRR money to this, RRR now has money and will get more money from sale of IC (Dec 2025) and arbitration (unknown timing) I doubt no significant costs (over 100k) will be spent until a property is acquired and initial plans made (say Feb 2026 or later-the property will be identified earlier, information released etc but it takes time to put together plans), find a financing partner (say June 2026), Production can start say by 2027. All of this is just pure conjecture (LOL ie speculation) but I am just tossing out timelines to illustrate that things take time). Also note the bigger production plans take more money, which means more time to find a partner, and more to place into production

I have listened to all of the video's very carefully and I do not recall that statement. I believe you have made a false statement, an intentionally false statement.

Mistakes happen so if you are correct please post the video containing that statement with the approximate time.

LOL the royalty is not on everything Soma produces. Expansion plans take time to implement and are no means certain

RRR's audited accounts- I agree RRR's costs are correct. Most people will acknowledge that costs are different than fair market value.

I changed the parameters and got this answer

"The fair market value (present value) of $3,000,000 discounted at a rate of 10% annually, is approximately

$172,607.72"

So RRR got 5x of what Grok said.

Banburyboy- it is not accurate to describe royalty RRR sold as a receivable. It was a royalty with a max payout of $3 million.

Payment would be made over time based on a % impacted by gold price and production (those latter two of course are variables)

The present value of those future payment was never $3 million Anyone buying that royalty would of course place a discount based on time of at least 12%-15% to reflect interest that their money would otherwise could earn. In addition they increase that % to reflect the variable risks of gold price and production.

The recent 10% drop in the gold price demonstrate the magnitude of that risk and the strike is just one part of the production risk

NikeAir180 -Agreed that RRR is in the 'audit period'' . This is very vague whereas Helpful made a very specific comments.

Perhaps Helpful knows nothing at all, perhaps he is not an insider, perhaps he has had no equity ownership in lithium, perhaps he is not even a debt holder.

Keep in mind that Helpful has actually made posts stating those as facts, it does not make it real.

Today is November 5th and for the last 3 years audits (2024, 2023 and 2022) the audit was done in December (not November-these are different months in Canada)

Not a big deal since you have already stated sometimes you are a RRR insider and sometimes not

Personally I would not view having knowledge of an audit to be market moving news but a number of posts say RRR will be dissolved (I dont believe it)

in any event this issue is between you, an investigating group with the decision up to a judge.

It is interesting that you found it important to post about an audit. Was it to impress everyone with your insider knowledge or are you expecting some critically important information to be disclosed or discovered in the audit? Perhaps the auditors gave you a heads up on big issue?

I would guess (but not know) that an audit might be underway. The 2024 audit was completed mid December so it sounds a bit soon if I were to guess but Helpful does not have to guess HE KNOWS!!!!!!

-UK insider trading- Again the UK laws on insider trading are publicly available however laws are subject to interpretation both by the governmental agency regulating that activity as well as judges ruling on those issues. Ultimately this is an issue that you must deal with and no one else.

RRR insider- you clearly posted that you have know RRR's NOMAD takes time to review and authorize RRR;s which makes you an insider for a defined period of time as established under the facts and circumstances at that time.

I accept your claim that during some time period that you not an insider of RRR

I knowledge that you have posted that you believe your actions comply with the UK law. But really what I say is of no relevance if this issue is in front of a UK court or UK regulatory body.

As I posted it would be interesting for a regulatory body to match up your activity with the period of time in which you were a RRR insider. Perhaps there is no activity or perhaps there is some activity. In either case I dont know.
