Unfortunately your lack of knowledge is costing you a lot of money at least in terms of opportunity cost. The stock might come back slightly if there is lack of any news over the next few days but it will not fall like a sack as there has been incremental positive news today. The company once again confirms they are in talks with multiple players and albeit inaccurate the fact that the AG has talked about a possible deal it implies that they are possible close to a potential signing although it was not the place of the AG to act as Investor Relations for BPC. SAD

The Specialist is a god like character and a mythical figure who through those trades has accumulated significant wealth for himself and his huge band of followers. I unfortunately can not divulge the technicality of those trades as minds which are not equivalent to the Specialist will only become more confused. However in time I am very happy to help both of you less fortunate investors as the SPECIALIST is a hugely generous soul.
