It’s an etf at the end of the day, they play to their own rules.

I have spoken to a couple of fellow investors since posting, and they can neither confirm or deny if the last it factual or not.
But if some of those new names listed, appear on the next Bloomberg list, then you’ve then got to ask yourself, Is it correct.

So the question is, if the figures above are legitimate, then why have no TR1’s been issued by all parties owning above the 3% threshold ?

I’ve been shot down in the past when I stated that foreign ownership only needs to report, once they have amassed 5%.

Having now (allegedly) owning 48% of the shares, compared with 40% that the public own, how would the Institution’s vote if an offer was to land on Shaun’s desk ?

Now I know that some individuals own more shares than what is listed in the top 25, but I presume their details are not individually listed on the share register and are included within the 40% of public ownership.

Food for thought if what is reported above is correct.
No longer are we the powerful force we all thought.
Looks to me like the tide has turned and the professional’s seem to have made their move.

PS - I’m just surprised Tymers wasn’t on the list. ;-) ROFL.

This will be like the message from Mission Impossible, I can’t see it being here very long, as the powers that be will probably destroy it :-)))

And on Havieron, Newcrest reiterated what it and Greatland Gold said at the end of October – that the delay in the project is to allow more consideration of costs and other factors.

One major factor to be sorted out is the mining plan as the deposit is looking more and more like it is larger and continues at depth down as far as 2,000 metres with a mineralised area starting from below around 450 metres of overburden that is now being penetrated by a development drive more than 1,000 metres deep.

Drilling results in the quarterly reports from both companies suggest the mineralised area is a group of associated areas from the base of the overburden to around 2,000 metres or more.

So hopefully with a little patience, we should see a lot more bang for our bucks.

Ponie, they can make a bid for us anytime they like, but will it be BIG enough to get it voted in, I personally think not.

LTH’s who are many, with millions of shares are certainly not going to vote in favour.

II’s like Wyloo & TreBeca certainly won’t.

And most pi’s who are considerably underwater won’t, unless an offer is placed that gets them their original purchase price back.

Like Shaun Day said, “It would take an eye watering amount for them to accept a bid”.

Still a ways to go yet before production, but if you don’t hold, you simply won’t see any GOLD.

The guys an absolute joke.
As per usual, just like all his other investments over the last few years (and there’s been a few) he has bought at the top and watched them all plummet.

UKOG, Argo, Bitcoin the list goes on and on and unfortunately his £50k punt on GGP @ 30p is why his sphincter is now twitching like a rabbits nose.

He professes to be a very successful MD of not one but five companies.

In my previous life as an MD of just one company, I didn’t have the time or inclination to frequent bulletin boards, never mind post on them almost every day.

The guys a complete liar, and anyone who is foolish enough to take him seriously, imo deserves all they get.

Now ask yourself this.

Why when he was bragging last year, and I offered to buy his so called 5 million GGP shares from him, did he not sell ?

He would of been able to buy 10 million at today’s prices.

Melville, Oooo you do have a suspicious mind.

I was actually referring to folk who could be chucking away the best chance they’ve ever been presented with, to secure their family’s futures.

They definitely won’t be happy bunnies, if in a few years time, GGP do become what some of us believe, and become a very successful business.

Capitulating at this point of the journey, is like giving up after twenty five miles of a twenty six mile marathon. There’s just too much gain compared to loss at this price.

Not many wildcat explorers ever get the chance to do what GGP are doing.

Fortunately for some of us, we got in early and are still in profit, and depending on how much a particular person invested, could of walked away with a very tidy profit indeed.

I can only speak for myself, but I’m here to secure my kids & grandkids future’s.

After seeing nothing but fantastic results after fantastic results being reported, and now the finance secured along with the calibre of appointments joining the board, I am still of the opinion that GGP will be one of the very few that has made that transition from explorer to a very successful miner, and that is why I think we will in time far exceed the 38p benchmark that we saw in 2020.

The problem I see with a lot of people that post here, is like how life is in general these days, they want everything NOW.

Talk of investing for 5-10 years just doesn’t appeal to most of the younger generation.
They want the Big house, the fancy cars, the holidays and everything else now.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will GGP be. It takes time, especially when constructing a new mine, but Havieron has a ten year start ahead of most others that potentially will be built.
Just ask anyone invested in Solgold.
