A £1.6 billion contract has been awarded to #TeamResolute to manufacture the vessels providing munitions, stores and provisions to the Royal Navy’s aircraft carriers, destroyers and frigates

With Navantia UK as prime contractor, the team comprising also Harland & Wolff and BMT will supply three Fleet Solid Support (FSS) ships for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary

With 216 metres long and more than 39.000 displacement tonnes, FSS will be the biggest ships built by #Navantia

The majority of the blocks and modules for the ships will be constructed at Harland & Wolff’s facilities in Belfast and Appledore. Build work will also take place at Navantia’s shipyard in Cadiz in Spain, with the final assembly for all three to be completed at Harland & Wolff’s Belfast yard

Navantia will support, mentor, and transfer its knowledge, skills and Shipyard 5.0 technologies to its partners. Therefore, the programme will contribute significant social and economic value to the UK, boosting local shipbuilding and developing a solid local supply chain

So let me get this straight, supposedly a few traders panicked and sold out because a Q&A was postponed, with a CEO who has just signed a £1.62B contract, who must now be off his feet about to sign a sub contract with Navantia ANYDAY!

And then someone swooped up 250k at 20p after hours.

Got it.

Imagine when we get the subcontract with all the details in the coming days!!!

Next one has to be HARL, £33m market cap, last week contract signed with MOD to build 3 ships for £1.6Billion! Since the RNS last weds share price has moved up 5% lol Investor presentation with CEO at 6pm today, once the breaks are released IMHO it will multibag.

You wasting your time on the local council website, it was just an analogy, just to be clear no grants for renovating houses, tough luck if i got your hopes high ;)

However if you have been in deep sleep or something, or your glasses are clouded, if you go on the MOD website you will find the signed FSS contract, and the £100m (or 58p per share) investment coming into Harl! ;) and this is no analogy, it's a FACT!

Risk free, with no dilution, and no contribution, cant get any better. Dont have to do anything, just sit back and relax!

I dont think many have grasped the magnitude of this deal YET. (Apart from the big boys that have been loading up, i'm sure they will continue to do so). They will though very soon.

A quick analogy, think about it for a second, like an employee pension scheme, an extremely generous one lol

Right now for each 20p you put in, the MOD have agreed to put in 60p on your behalf, 3x your contribution! Mind boggling. I'm sure the 20p will soon be SIGNIFICANTLY higher, employee contributions will have to go up! Lol

This is just for starters. Not even going to start going into the full contract, current contracts, snowball effect of winning future contracts and IM.
