Ingenuity alone was worth significantly (most forget this key word) more than 67pence.

(As a low ball if we assume significantly meaning 25%)

We arive at 84p for Ingenuity, could well be much higher

But hang on, THG also have the following 2 businesses 🤔 Why can the market not figure out its 3 separate companies rolled into 1!

Dilution of 20% or whatever it is, wasn't something for nothing, or even at a discount to todays price, most of the shares issued since IPO was raised at £5.96, totalling circa $1 Billion, or at a 500% premium from here! And only 22 months ago, quite the situation.

They still have £470m in cash, and the rest of that was spent on major cash acquisitions/capex.

Size of the pie is not the same, it's clearly much bigger since IPO, and much tastier ;),by revenues, more than doubled, cannot simply extrapolate like for like, it's totally misleading!

Therefore from his perspective, IF he wanted to do a MBO at say £2.50, he would think it's greatest deal in history!

And IF all these US heavyweight investors got it at a similar price, they are getting a bargain.

Was valued at £2.5 billion SIX YEARS AGO.

Shows what a ludicrous price this is now! Atleast 4-5x bigger just in revenue terms, and yet valued at a 1/4, just mind boggling.

Forget the 6 years of growth, £1 billion+ in acquisitions, £1 billion+ in investments.

Ignoring EVERYTHING since 2017, and just going back to 2017 valuation, THG is worth ~£2 LMAO

IMHO Certain he will never sell out, he has grown this to where it is. With QIA not much each is needed for a MBO even at £2.50 a share. MBO could well be his greatest deal yet!
