There is huge positivity over the last 3 weeks alone, DYOR. And remember Kelso, Nutrition alone is worth more than the whole market cap. At LOWEST peer valuations, THG Nutrition is worth £2.80 per share!!!!!

There day of reckoning will come soon, and it's going to be EPIC.

For all the negativity derampers, if you take off the THG shades, and if you haven't noticed in your bunkers, pretty much everything is down over the last few weeks.

If you look at some of the biggest companies in the UK/World, they are all down 10-15% atleast in the last week alone, VOD, BT, BP, NWG, Aviva (i'm sure someone said here they were invested 460p to 400p in a week!!!), L&G, RR, IAG etc etc to name just a few. Every single one of them are down significantly.

To state the obvious, contrary to what derampers will have you believe, Matt Moulding doesn't have anything to do with the drop in the whole market, and virtually every single company ,otherwise he is WAY more powerful than what anyone can ever imagine LOL ;)

Note: Like clockwork, paid derampers part of a shorting crewe ONLY every make noises on a red day, and on the blue days, totally silent! More sure of this than death and taxes. Plenty of green coffins today, hardly a surprise.

Just got to load up while you can, back yourself, and back the company, share price aint the company, from what I can see so much positivity in the last few weeks alone. Bonus paid next week, lovely jubbly ;)

What I find equally hilarious, when it comes to positive news we will be told THG is just a retailer, Ingenuity is not worth anything. Soon as there is some negative news, THG becomes a technology giant Lol

But then we know what's happening here. THG BOD also know this, hence the RNS.

We have been told by the BOD and Kelso experts, Nutrition division alone is worth significantly looking at peers maybe multiples of the current total market cap.
Big question for THG, what do they have in the pipeline to get us closer to FV. One thing they have more than anyone else is OPTIONALITYN with the 3 global divisions.
We know it's totally disconnected, everyone is telling us this, how are they going to realise FV. MBO, US listing, separate the divisions, i guess we just have to wait and find out.

IMO UK Market is totally finished, no backbone, no regulation, clearly we have witnessed Short & Distort here multiple times, and nothing.

At this stage would not be surprised with a MBO or primary US listing.

If the UK don't take immediate steps it will become a small player in the financial world, already heading in that direction rapidly. France is now the largest European Stock market by value, which would have been unbelievable only a few years ago.

Super rare to being given such opportunities at such a young age, running a £1 Billion+ company at just 30yrs. Incredible

Matt and Kelso have both categorically suggested THG Nutrition can be spinned off.

And Kelso cited recent deals.

And Celsius at 11x revenue multiple

Lets forget about Celsius, go with the lower one.

Would give THG Nutrition a minimum value of £4 Billion based on 2022 revenues!

Although in sept Matt said MyP is a much better brand than Celsius!!!

Just reading through all of Matt's posts this morning, IMHO i get the feeling he has done a deal to take this private again!

Something has definitely changed, everyone would agree on that, like someone has given the go ahead for him and the rest of the directors to suddenly post whatever they want! Messages are open, frank, honest, like he doesn't care anymore, if MBO done, why would he!

My reasoning is, he hates the London market, why spin off say Nutrition, and have another listed company, just going to get the same agro! This won't solve anything!

He said a while ago, "right environment, right share register". If anyone has listened to any of his interviews, the single most important thing for MM is the share register, heard him say this all the time. He has categorically stated a company can never flourish if the share register is wrong!!!

Have they got all the friendlies onboard say 60-70%, ones hand picked by MM, and pay the famous £2.50 to the rest. And stuff the shorts at the same time! Would only need approximately £1B to take it private, chump change for Qatar Sovereign Wealth Fund, this was their first move!

On his most recent post he said "But the resistance we've come up against in the past 2 years has often made it feel like we are swimming in treacle"

"We have a truly thriving **private** sector for building out Tech businesses, but it doesnt easily translate into the public markets"

And then Ian McDonald "and an exciting future for Ingenuity where it is most appreciated". Some alluded to the Nasdaq, i'm saying for now atleast they are taking it private again.

To me he is very clearly stating the current environment is completely wrong and the share register well, won't even go into that!

Most importantly, he has categorically stated he doesn't like being listed, in his postings he has had mental physical issues in the last 2 years, and said numerous times he would like to take it private. Raised £2.5b at £5 and £5.96, take it back at half the price, he is laughing in the end.

We will soon find out.

IMHO They have started buying in the last 1-2 weeks, but only recently started by dipping their toes in, as there has been no TR1 notification!

With yesterdays RNS at 120% premium for 7DIG, just shows the undervaluation in UK technology companies, if they don't rerate they will be swallowed up. Audioboom are in a massive growth industry, this medium is only growing, they are profitable with plenty of cash, someone will snap them up.

Only looking at the US podcast market, where Audioboom are the 4th Largest, market is set to DOUBLE by 2028, with a CAGR of 27.1%!

Board know what they have, and it would take a huge bid to prize it away from them.

£12 was flatly rejected in 2021.
As I understand, atleast 5 maybe more parties, we are talking the likes of Sony, Spotify, Amazon were interested last year, no idea at what price, SP touched £23.

CEO constantly buying must have an exit plan, and some of these companies must surely be sniffing around at such a low valuation.

As pointed out the usual revenue multiple in this sector is maybe 6-7, currently we are on 1 times.
