I don't appear to be any nearer a payment, do you? If he hasn't paid anyone in the next month, then one can only deduce they're lies. Wouldn't that be a logical conclusion given the ongoing timescales and rehashing of already communicated information? It would be quicker to do an IPO on the Nasdaq than this protracted charade.

It was imminent over one year ago! How difficult is it unless there are no funds to pay it? Speaking as a shareholder!

The fact remains, how long can you string along investors saying:

“The Paying Agent is now in receipt of the licensing funds. Those Shareholders holding paper certificates issued by the Company shall be notified accordingly.”

or

“The Paying Agent is continuing its work to resolve some final remaining anomalies with the share capital book, which it expects to do in a timely manner, before it commences all notifications including to brokers.”

or

“It has come to our attention that the notifications intended for shareholders have not been issued as planned, due to guidance received from the paying agent.”

or

“The paying agent processing the payment transactions are experiencing difficulties reconciling the number of shares in issue due to miscalculation from a UK broker.”

He won't dispel any doubt from above whilst all that is provided is words, not payment!

Over a year!

I had a thread of belief at one point we might be paid. The fact he hides behind these updates and the supposed NDA just adds to the frustration because we know he has probably fabricated the whole thing.

Whilst we were addressing the remaining anomalies, we found there were further anomalies which required further investigation. These anomalies were not not evident two years ago when we started this process, we have, however, decided to have a short pause to investigate these anomalies which are causing anomalies with the payment date.

Whispering, you are quite new to the conversation here – joined on 24th February 2024 and appear to be firmly in Amit's corner. Would you not agree, that it is a shade disingenuous that he has promised payments for over a year, and keeps rehashing updates, which are effectively the same information over and over again?

Nothing has been paid and now there are NO dates for the proposed payment/s.

I don't think anything said here will make a blind bit of difference. He keeps promising to pay, but he keeps breaking his promises. The very fact we're 18 months further on and NOTHING has been paid out says it all. He can't keep that going forever, and one senses by the tone of those recent comms, he has run out of excuses regarding updates, and one would assume people know that. If he actually paid anyone as promised, perhaps that would resolve it!!!

Exactly!

He can put as many updates out as he likes, but the fact remains until it's verified he has paid someone or a batch of individuals (with share certificates directly from the company!), then I would say, the doubts remain, as words alone aren't enough to validate any license agreement DaaP sale as he has stated many times for too long.

The Company confirms its book closure. The final number of shares in issue is 999,895,500.

Then...

Nothing will happen today, tomorrow, this week, this month, this year!

All information is fabricated and the fact no one has / will be paid just confirms it.

The very fact NO ONE has been paid says it all. Too many excuses and implausible updates, dragging on for so long to be believable anymore. Some of those updates have been laughable and embarrassing, a bit like that stupid countdown clock!
