26th April 2024
Further to the update of 17th April, the anomalies relate to paper share certificates issued by the Company in 2018 and very early 2019. The matter is largely resolved and once the Paying Agent has concluded its work, notifications will commence.
'LARGELY RESOLVED', AND YET HERE WE ARE, NEARLY ONE MONTH LATER, AGAIN. HOW MANY MONTHS / YEARS DOES A 'PAYING AGENT' NEED? A LOT I GUESS IF THERE'S NOTHING TO PAY OUT!
"Let’s see who the agent is and when they were formed should this ever get that far"
Unlikely. Given any details 'naming' anything to date has been untrue (Hugh Risebrow / CIBC bank for escrow funds etc). These details were swiftly deleted when examined further. The Hugh Risebrow episode in particular stands out as it was blatantly false, and he released a statement confirming that.
Over one year ago...
16th May 2023
Further to the updates of 30th March and 4th May, the Company confirms that the distribution by appointed agents of the combined proceeds from both sales will commence after the announcement of its DaaP sale. DID NOT HAPPEN.
Distribution will be made directly into nominee accounts where applicable. Those holding share certificates will be contacted by the agents post announcement to provide their bank details. The agents will provide any necessary documentation. DID NOT HAPPEN.
The announcement for the Company’s DaaP sale will be made by the end of May 2023. DID NOT HAPPEN.
Then...
14th March 2024
Further to all recent updates, we reconfirm that various UK brokers have already received notifications from our paying agents. We do not control the time-frames in which brokers contact their nominees. DID NOT HAPPEN.
Why don't they (Cloudtag website) name the list of brokers they contacted so shareholders can verify this? They can't, can they? They could highlight the broker with the supposed discrepancy, but they can't do this either as there isn't one, and none have been contacted.
21st November 2023
Further to the update of 2 November 2023, the Company is pleased to confirm that the appointed agent for the distribution began its proceedings on time, during the week commencing 13 November. Shareholders are reminded that the process takes around 5 weeks to complete.
20th May 2024
NOTHING. NO PAYMENTS. NO CONTACT. 26 WEEKS LATER.
(Remember, patience is a virtue. Habitual lying is not)
I would ignore anything Helx2 and Whispering have to say here now. If no one gets paid a bean come December they'll still be singing Amit's praises, why, ask yourself? Wouldn't surprise me if a new poster pops in soon backing Amit.
Seems quiet on Amit's side, is he thinking carefully about what and how to update, given it will be 4 weeks this Friday since his last anomalies update? If more excuses are coming our way, then we can assume the money in the escrow account and sale funds never existed in the first place.
Does anyone else think Amit has run out of ideas for updates and reasons for non-payment? I think the 'paying agents' delays (anomalies) aren't plausible anymore. Can't wait to see the next update, if one is forthcoming!
"Including reassuring updates to shareholders stating licensing fees are with the paying agent."
Reassuring? I will be reassured when/if – he/they ever pay anyone. This paying agent has been involved (apparently) for months now, what aren't they doing that needs constant updates to vindicate them?
Just updating the subject before it's released!
"Looking forward to the next update re the first impending payment."
Like the last one, and the one before, and the one before, oh, and the one before that?
Next update, another delay. I call it a delay, but in reality, it's not is it, as there's nothing to delay.
"Could always be one of the crowds that bought either of Amit & Shlomo's previous ventures... I'm sure we'll find out soon."
Deluded and an ever so slight whiff of Amit's reasoning mouthpiece.
"I have a suspicion that we have seen our last ever update from the CTAG website."
I think you could be right, where does he go from here as no amount of updates has yielded anything other than recycling older updates with wafer-thin excuses? What was it all for I wonder!
Awwww, Amit's little helper to the rescue. "But I guess it's all just hearsay until the payment drops..."
Look at the facts Helx2. I bet the Government offloads Natwest before this pays anything out.
...I was using the term 'validity' about recent updates (x many), not the historical validity of Amit Ben Haim. The very fact he had to alter his Bio speaks volumes as perhaps his brother is distancing himself from any association whatsoever where this charade is concerned. Can you imagine, another 3 weeks have passed, and he rolls out more delays, then you have to say it's BS.
All this is surely BS based on...
4th March 2024
Further to the announcement on 21st February 2024, the company is pleased to inform shareholders that the trust lawyers working to establish the trust fund have completed their work and the trust fund is now in place.
The company is therefore in a position to distribute licensing funds and has instructed the paying agent to commence the process and conclude the process accordingly during the next 7 working days.
Another pushback and you have to question the validity of any of it.
Ben-Haim founded, co-founded and presided over a number of businesses, mainly in the healthcare and biotech fields.[1] In 1993, he co-founded Biosense Inc with his brother Amit Ben-Haim.[12] (which subsequently merged with Webster to form Biosense-Webster Inc. under Johnson & Johnson).[13]
Amit Ben-Haim went on to found failed health wearables brand CloudTag. [14]
There will be another excuse this week and another delay, just wait.
Helx2, even you must be bright enough to realise these updates stack up at this late stage.
WHERE ARE THE NOTIFICATIONS TO CERTIFIED SHAREHOLDERS AND BROKERS?
"The strongest evidence is stacked in favour of a successful outcome here."
As a shareholder (yes, shareholder), based on the latest raft of updates going back many many months, I think that comment is slightly wide of the mark... what evidence? The only evidence is based on the website updates, there's not been any verifiable external evidence, has there?
"Oh wise one - please can you shed some light on why the counter argument is stronger than the argument that a payment will occur based upon the written evidence on the Cloudtag website?"
Sorry to interject, but should there be another update later this week stating yet more delays to notification/payments after yet another two-week pushback, then I think shareholders (plus interested commentators) have every reason to question the validity of all the previous updates and communications by Amit/Cloudtag (the website). It's wearing a bit thin the old 'share certificates anomalies', wouldn't you say? Probably not!
It’s amateurish, and you’re be kind! I wonder why?
