Further to the announcement on 21st February 2024, the company is pleased to inform shareholders that the trust lawyers working to establish the trust fund have completed their work and the trust fund is now in place.

The company is therefore in a position to distribute licensing funds and has instructed the paying agent to commence the process and conclude the process accordingly during the next 7 working days.

DID NOT HAPPEN, WHY?

It's not rocket science is it Helx2? If not one person (or broker) has been contacted or paid, then one would assume all the previous communication has been false, surely you must understand that?

Seems to me you're the one getting tetchy about something!

Until they respond with said email and verified payments (preferably not Helx2 or pikeyk etc etc.), then I remain unconvinced. I still think it's bluffing with no specific details. Too many comms stating, reinstating and actually saying nothing of substance. What happened to all notifications being sent at once for instance?

The main thing here will be brokers, and until they can verify contact, then I think we have our answer.

I will say finally, if Cloudtag can validate payments and contact, then there won't be a problem, will there? The problem is, they can't and haven't because NO ONE, including brokers, has heard anything, had any communication or had a response.

I might add the website is irrelevant now if the updates about the 'paying agents' and payments are true, which I suspect they are not. After all, you only have to email: contact@cloudtag.com referencing 'FAO Corporate Share Action', which I have done, twice. Why would I email them if I had no shares?

I posted an image to my shareholding a while back, have you forgotten? Seems so!

12 updates and still no payment! If payment was coming, it would have been here now. Prove different, oh, you can't can you, because you know no payment is coming!

Anyhow, reported as fraud, which it is. Prove different!

...even more relevant, joined shortly after that (joke of a sale) was communicated by the (joke of a website) Cloudtag.com!

The Company is delighted to confirm that the combined value of its DaaP sale and licensing deal transactions is US$275million.

It is imperative to take action against the Cloudtag website for their continuous and egregious behavior of providing misleading information to their shareholders. The false claims of a sale are causing significant distress to the affected individuals. We must come together and report this website to ensure that justice is served, and the hosting service takes down their website. Let us work towards holding them accountable for their actions.

Perhaps more than one person reports the Cloudtag website/pages for consistently uploading false and misleading information to shareholders for years claiming a sale which is false information causing distress to individuals. You never know, they might make the host remove the website.

It's not 'updates' that are required, it's payment from 'paying agents'! These updates have thus far proven to be worthless!

Amit has personally sent me a message apologising and he then transferred the funds immediately. He said sorry again and said that there are bouquet of flowers in the post for the missus, no hard feelings. Is that better?

I think people want to be paid as assured, not more updates. He's not paying anyone, I think that's fairly evident now. Nothing more than a common crook, yes you, Amit Ben Haim.

Well, I sent my email to contact@cloudtag.com as requested. Just waiting on those 'paying agents' – over to you Amit for another one of those updates.. perhaps in Amit's world, the web of individuals involved in this charade is so small, that he sees no consequence in all the lies – why change a habit of a lifetime hey.

That's the question I ask, why? Completely illogical to say something is sold, lead people on for years, and ultimately not pay anyone because there is no sale, and there is no money, is there Amit?

Just confirms what the doubters were saying all along.

The Company would like to advise that the funds for the licensing agreement have been successfully deposited in an escrow account. The proceeds of both transactions shall be distributed simultaneously upon announcement.

The Company understands that the announcement for its DaaP sale will be made by the 5th of May 2023.

The Company would like to reassure shareholders that all processes of both deals are completed.

NO ONE HAS RECEIVED A BEAN ONE YEAR LATER!
