Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I understand someone having faith in something, but when and how is that faith reinforced with only words? Money talks, not words, and I guess there's only a select few who have received anything monetary to date from Amit Ben Haim. He has, once again, not delivered on time or the date. The well of excuses has run dry, surely.
Don't bank on it (literally).
The one sentence that encapsulates this from the beginning and has allowed him to sit behind misleading and multiple false statements for a long time now:
'The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements.'
"Unless you're a ctag conspiracy theorist, this payment is happening in the very near future. Just patiently wait a little longer."
As quoted by Helx2.
Helx2, can you kindly shed some light on why the payment didn't occur, as you seemed so sure, and berated others as is your usual style.
I simply do not understand why it was resurrected with a made-up sale (if that's the case). Given the dust had settled, and most shareholders had accepted the loss, then what prompted him to start on this path? Something does not make sense, and the fact no one has been paid (as predicted) and, if we're led to believe, no brokers of paper shareholders have been contacted, then what the feck is he playing at? It's either a power trip or something or someone put him in a position where he had to be seen to have developed (it?) to a sale.
...you're assuming there is a legitimate sale for both elements and there are funds from those said sales– to date, I don't think there's either, and that's why NO ONE has been paid, it's not rocket science is it?
...I don't think we will. Not one person has heard anything, have they?
'The company is therefore in a position to distribute licensing funds and has instructed the paying agent to commence the process and conclude the process accordingly during the next 7 working days.'
Didn't happen much like the rest of this ongoing charade. The below says it all – 2 years more misery he has subjected everyone to. I wish the damn thing had never resurfaced, clearly not paying anyone, is he?
30th March 2022
The Company is delighted to confirm that all terms have been finalised and concluded with a major multinational technology business for its licensing deal. Financial settlement follows during Q2 2022.
'We remind all shareholders of the complexity of this transaction and reassure them that this process is entirely genuine and is simply taking longer than originally envisaged.'
Why then don't they just provide contact details for said agents (if they exist) to allay any doubts if this is genuine or not? If they can't provide or post those details, then one would assume it is all made up.
It seems fairly evident, contrary to what the Cloudtag website is communicating, that no brokers or direct contact is been made by any agents to any shareholders, so why...
'14th March 2024
Further to all recent updates, we reconfirm that various UK brokers have already received notifications from our paying agents. We do not control the time-frames in which brokers contact their nominees.
Individuals holding paper shares are being contacted from tomorrow.'
1. Which brokers?
2. Have any paper shareholders been contacted?
None that I'm aware and I am one of them! Would they be so stupid as to continue posting misleading information? What are they gaining by doing this, and who specifically is doing this one wonders. It has Amit Ben Haim's name on it, but is he responsible?

These were/are the significant shareholders, so really, how difficult can it be?
You can see from the older, non-updated securities information, that the majority of shareholders not named 'Amit Ben Haim' had their shares with HARGREAVES LANSDOWN. This information has not been updated as one would suspect to include ALL those additional shares.
OSUNA LIMITED – possible this one below.

There is another OSUNA LIMITED, but this was dissolved in 2013.
LYNCHWOOD NOMINEES LIMITED is a dormant company.

Let's see what next week brings.
'Individuals holding paper shares are being contacted from tomorrow.'
There should be no excuses then next week if no one with paper shares has been contacted, as they're not 'brokers contacting their nominees.'
If no one hears anything next week, then one can only assume this has been one hell of an elaborate smokescreen.
1st June 2023
The proceeds from completion of license deal are in the escrow account. (nearly one year now!)
'The proceeds arising from these both sales will be distributed only on the announcement of DaaP sale from the buyer as they are interlinked.'
Where's the announcement gone if we're being paid the licensing element in the next week or so?
I would be amazed if anyone is paid anything now, just my thoughts.
Would anyone be kind enough to post on here (genuinely) if they receive any kind of electronic notification?
Thanks in advance.
Perhaps Amit can finally thank investors for their patience by finally paying them (something).
...of course, what did we all expect? Perhaps the soon-to-be-expected update will provide details of how to get in touch with those 'paying agents'? Or perhaps it will state as previously mentioned here (by someone else), that all known payees have been paid now for the licensing element! Where are the contact details, and why is everything SO ambiguous? Hmmm.
...I'll have mine in squirrel pelts!
...I suspect it won't happen, again. Not sure how many more excuses they can muster up, but they'll think of something. Here's hoping not just to state for the record!!
All this squabbling about when the '7 days' commenced is irrelevant, as, to date, I am not aware anyone has had any comms regarding payment, either directly (as a certificate holder) or via a broker. Let's say for argument's sake it is close of play on Wednesday, then why not utilise the first 5 days (or 4 days if you're counting from Tuesday!), and this is only for the 'licensing funds'. I wonder how long the DaaP element will take as it was communicated to follow swiftly afterward...
"The DaaP deal funds distribution will swiftly follow the license fee distribution. Shareholders are reminded that two separate payments will take place as notified before."
'Further to the previous update dated 4th March 2024, the company would like to inform shareholders that the paying agent process has commenced and would like to reiterate that the process shall conclude within the original time frame stated.'
Seems unusual (understatement) that there are still NO contact details for shareholders for these 'paying agents' in any communication given they know some shareholders are untraceable. 7 working days and we've had 5 of them, and to date (correct me if I am wrong) no one has received any contact, so if they are to be believed, Monday or Tuesday next week everyone will have received their funds bar those in the trust element, hmmm?
'The company is therefore in a position to distribute licensing funds and has instructed the paying agent to commence the process and conclude the process accordingly during the next 7 working days.'
I don't care if I receive anything or not now. Perhaps mine will be in the 'trust' element as I have certified shares, so my contact details may not be available (for those paying agents). I am still a cynic, but hey, you never know. The DaaP payment was stated as following shortly after... we'll see. Perhaps Amit will finally (finally) deliver something to downtrodden shareholders.
I think if he eventually pays anyone, that should resolve it!!!
NOTE:
'We have been advised this will be concluded by week starting 4th March 2024 and will revert back to shareholders to confirm.'
So, that tells me it won't and there will be another pushback. At every turn, there's always something, isn't there?
Don't forget...
We would like to thank our valued shareholders for their continued support and patience.
