The Paying Agent is now in receipt of the licensing funds. Those Shareholders holding paper certificates issued by the Company shall be notified accordingly.

Perhaps this is becoming an inconvenience to him now. And does the above just mean 'paper certificates issued by the Company', not those holding paper certificates in general?

Amit could resolve all this by doing one thing, paying someone! Not paying anyone just confirms what many suspect, there is no sale, for either portion!

I am invested and take no offence to others questioning Amit's behaviour here – I see it as both sides of an argument. Currently, those who doubt Amit are winning because nothing released in an update has been backed up by solid evidence or actions, i.e. contacting and paying any shareholders. Amit is doing nothing to dissuade anyone here this is legitimate.

Helx2 & pikeyK care to offer any further insight here? You seem to have Amit's back, so what are you guys thinking?

I think you have your answer there. Another stonking lie to match the Hugh Risebrow one! He is just playing with shareholders here – there clearly are no funds or payments, and I would assume has just confirmed it.

NO, sadly not. I think the writing has been on the wall for some time. The meaningless updates have just reinforced that. Update after update and not one has come to fruition, so on the balance of probability, Amit Ben Haim lies for fun!

And the strangest thing of all is that NOT ONE person has been contacted or been paid to date. Given all those lofty promises, notifications, and updates, who would have thought it given Amit's clear track record of sticking to his deadlines.

I am not that much of a mug, I bought 2,000 Nvidia shares at $40 per share (currently $877 per share) 6 years ago. Do the maths and see who's a mug!

For me, I could not care less about the money here where Cloudtag is concerned, it's the principle of what the guy has done (or not as we speak).

To be fair, premium bonds would have done a lot better than a Cloudtag investment to date!
