Deluded or blindsided? If anyone is ever notified or paid then you can be vindicated, until then, I think the balance of probability is now on the side of it's not happening, despite many updates to the contrary.

So do I strangely enough, can you work that out, hence a bit of frustration about this process!

Problem? Probably, 'winging' or 'whinging', you work it out, bright spark! You're here, do you have nothing else to do either?

Absolute disgrace to the way shareholders have been treated. There are so many holes in the narrative, it's no wonder the vast majority believe this to be disingenuous. The same rehashed information is being released, none of which will 'quell speculation' until someone is contacted and paid! So when's the next excuse of an update going to be released... another month again?

Paying Agent Update...

There will be no payments, the continual updates about why the previous update has not been fulfilled just confirm this now.

'The Company wishes to also quell speculation and rumours as to the $50m licence payment and the Paying Agent. We reassure all parties that this process is entirely genuine and, due to its complex nature, is simply taking far longer than originally envisaged to conclude.'

He has used this excuse before and it simply is not plausible now. The very fact they have to 'quell speculation and rumours' just confirms this. He/they are quite simply a disgrace to lead shareholders on like this for all this time.

Lie after lie. He’s had ample time, and he wonders why rumours of fraud and disingenuous information are rife. x

NO. It's a complete farce. Where's the paying agent email containing a portal link to access the payments? Anyone received anything? Thought not.

Why's that? He's just as entitled to his opinions as you are here. There are plenty of 'red flags', none of which have been dismissed by Amit / Cloudtag updates because they are just words and commitments to dates and actions, none of which have materialized, yet!

You can call people what you want if said email and contact details are published end of tomorrow.

I share your frustration, but I think there's one reason only why no names have been applied to anything – 'paying agent' – 'the company' etc. There are no funds, there is no sale. It's a complete joke and not a funny one! I see there's another update as I suspected earlier today.

The only thing that's guaranteed is that there will be another update stating why the previous update wasn't actioned, much like the one before, and the one before.

Amit, surprise everyone with the said email/s to the payment portal as promised, many times now!

You can't believe a word posted on the Cloudtag website. Someone is getting a kick out of this, who, will we ever really know, but Amit Ben Haim would be a good starting place. Wonder what the the next update will say, everyone is paid and this is now concluded?

Are posts being removed because someone doesn't like the truth being documented?

As detailed on the Cloudtag website:

Further to the update issued on the 10th June, we have been informed by the Paying Agent that the initial tranche of notifications should commence on time later today and will continue into the early part of the following week. Please be assured that notifications shall only be delivered during normal US business hours.

"The email from the Paying Agent will consist of a link to the agent portal where shareholders will be able to access all details in relation to the payment process."

What a surprise!

Havegun, perhaps it's better to take that stance when he/Cloudtag eventually notifies and pays someone. Just my thoughts. It's all happening tomorrow anyway, so no need to filter anyone, anymore!

Nothing will happen. No contact will be made, and we'll be back in the same old cycle. How many times has contact been stated now? Notice how they never name any names?

Which 'regulator' I wonder.

Haven't we had a few 'final' updates before? Anyhow, 'the initial tranche of notifications', didn't they state in an early communication the following:

As mentioned at the time, there is an important but complex part of the process to notify all shareholders at the same time given that a link is sent to establish payment. This is relevant given the range of investors and their various currency requirements and to ensure that no one is disadvantaged by a lengthy notification process.

Roll on Friday for the next excuse.

Hopefully, the radio silence just confirms it's over now. No more 'updates' stating any sale/any payment/anything full stop. Who was behind all that I wonder?

5 weeks since the last update for a 'matter that was largely resolved'? Stretching it a bit I would say.

At the end of the day, a poster can block the poster/s which they don't want to read others' comments. It's a free-speech forum to post your point of view – not specific to either side of this argument. The facts are simple, after many Cloudtag updates relating to the promise of 'payment', but as yet, nothing, not even after months/years of updates stating payment would be made, I wonder why? Paying agents are either inept or there is no sale and nothing to pay. If they don't pay anyone based on those updates, then the answer is simple, surely, nothing has been sold and there are no funds for any payments.
