Because there’s more than one… it’s commercial sensitivity when multiple parties are interested.

The company tells everyone they are likely to do a placing before the end of March and then people act surprised when they actually do it.

OSD, been here far too long to let 2 and a half hours share price action make me despondent.

LT, they need to do further pre-clinical work to get to phase 1 ready first, they outlined this in the placing prospectus.

Conduit, this is not the final piece, there are multiple parties involved each with their own requirements. Some will require FDA ODD, others won't. Some will want further work done before a deal, others won't.

The company is focussed on getting the best value, not the quickest deal.

Worth noting that Puretechs application for FDA ODD that was granted a couple of weeks ago was submitted before NFX initial submission in August.

I don't think it would be very embarrassing if someone attended the AGM and asked about cash and ODD. I've always found the company quite open to talking about the situation.

It would probably be more embarassing for someone not to go to the AGM and ask those questions, then complain on here.

FX, no it doesn’t say it cannot be commercialised without ODD. The point is littlened is asking what the valuation will be without ODD, page 22 and the accompanying pages give the numbers that would need to be raised to take the therapy through to phase 1. It is then up to people to determine what value they appropriate to the shares.

Littlened, maybe phrase your question differently, tell the group here what valuation you would place on the shares and why, then others can offer their opinion.

Don’t expect other people to do something for you if you’re not willing to reciprocate.

Littlened, again I’d suggest you read the statement in the prospectus and make your own judgement on what you think the value of NFX could/would/should be.
