People positioning for Q4, then realising Q4 is more than 24 hours away so they can't possibly hold as that would mean they actually think before they buy.

Looks like it'll be the usual end of the week test to see if those who got excited and bought this week want to hold longer than a few days.

Plus they have the about same in warrants that expire next year!

To be fair chab, thats the price if you want ten grands worth of shares, not the price someone paid for seven hundred quids worth.

Good point older, it would make sense for them to write as much of the patent and its application in advance of results.
On discussions I think they would wait until the patent has been filed before approaching the originator. Then they know they are protected. This does not have to be the 18 months, as that is only when the filing becomes public.

Why does it need money AT?

Just checked the old website and the diagram on the pipeline page hasn't changed.

On the new pipeline webpage, my take is that NXP002 progresses at the same time as BD activity at the inflection points, whereas NXP001 & 004 are specific stop points to then outlicense. e.g. They do not plan on taking 004 further than that point and will only be looking to outlicense.

FX, that diagram and each of the others in the presentation match those in the Allenby report from March. The investor presentation was put together for corporates at the time and obviously doesn't reflect the exact position today.

The Page 14 timeline always did show the runway through to phase 1 as that is the plan, either with or without an outlicense.

Looks better, although they are still updating the pipeline section as it’s asking for login and password to view each asset.

FX, firstly it depends on whether the company wants to make it public. At the minute it makes commercial sense to keep it a secret so that other don’t try and usurp them.

I’m not expecting them to tell us with any preclinical results as they would still be keeping it quiet for commercial reasons.

It would be made public imho depending on two situations, a licensing deal being signed or the 1st patent being made public.

the backstop date that we would get to know which drug Nxp004 is based on would be 18 months after the first patent was filed. I think that was filed sometime in Q1 this year, so probably Q3/Q4 2022.

As a follow up to my NXP004 post last night, here is a bit of circumstantial evidence.

My hunch was that NXP004 is based on Lynparza (Olaparib) which is owned by Astrazeneca, they acquired it when they bought up KuDos Pharma back in 2005/2006.

Guess who was Global Product Director at AstraZeneca through till 2009?
It was our very Dr Brindley.

And here is her signature on a KuDos Pharma document from 2007. So we know she is aware of Lynparza and its history of development.

Unless there is something for them to communicate then they won't be doing much. They will operate only under instruction from NFX as they will charge each time.

Why would they want to raise?

Taz, so one month ago Anne publicly stated the below, clearly telling us that there had "... sufficient funds to do the planned studies with a runway beyond that."

So, if they have sufficient funds Taz, can you tell me why they would raise at an all time low and also why you think Anne was lying?

Johnny, the Allenby report is not incorrect, it is their opinion (albeit written by someone at Proactive) as to what valuation of the company is.

They can't control the market, if people keep selling, then the sp will go down no matter what any valuation says.

Its like estate agents, they can tell you your house is valued at £1m, but if only one person wants to buy it and they are offering a quid, then that is what its worth to that person.

Traders getting stopped out, nothing more than that.

If a company is going to do a placing, they would be trying to push the sp up, not let it slide and place at an all time low.
