Certainly think the lack of Oxilio details was an own goal. Regardless of how small the numbers were, the fact that they appear to have sidelined Allenby who said they would update once the deal was done isn't a great look.

I'd like to think they have things lined up to submit the patent application if the testing results are favourable, or at least make any last minute amendments before submitting.
Patent filings are not technically protected, but they prohibit the ability of others to try and patent for the same thing as it is in the public domain.
This is why there is silence on what NXP004 is based on at the moment, as any documentation in the public domain may affect the application being accepted.

I'd like to think that a positive result for NXP004 showing betterment of a billion pound selling drug would have some sort of positive effect on the sp!
I'm also hopefully that results may be in the near term, given that they started the preclinical back in May.

When Anne joined last December she made it clear that news would be data driven rather than PR driven.

aj, most of the work is outsourced to CRO's so on a day to day basis NFX is not involved in carrying out the testing.
There will be other work the company is getting on with in the meantime, prepping for when results come through. Just because you don't hear about it doesn't mean nothings happening.
