Anyway, it’s a shame your not willing to share your research Goup.
I’ve always shared my findings here to try and help us all make a bit where possible. Would like to think others would share if they had something.

The market doesn’t seem to reflect anything happening at the moment.

Understandable Hale, I guess I was just being naive thinking that since Oxilio had taken 6 months to sign up to their option, they would be able to close out within the following 6 months.

FX, as you point out one is for Nuformix Tech (the wholly owned subsidiary which does the work) and the other is for Nuformix plc.
I remember back in Feb discussion on here that Keegan had been taken off the Tech company side but remained on the Plc.
Although I don't know why there is a delay between Brindley becoming CEO of the Plc and here later appointment to NFX tech.

Its one thing thats annoyed me for a while now, someone asked the question in the AGM Q&A (not me, as it was never going to be up to NFX to comment on).
Its the lack of transparency in how private companies are valued that is annoying, who and how came up with the £20m valuation when they have absolutely nothing by way of IP, product or cash pile to warrant such a valuation.

Meanwhile NFX is on an open market and due to selling pressure is pushed down to an £8m valuation, despite being the holder of all of the IP, patents etc that Oxilio wish to use.

No wonder Yaxley doesn't like being listed and took Premier off the market when he was in charge.

FX, just re-checked, got my maths slightly wrong, but here was my thinking.
We know from the Oxilio returns that they had 307,044 shares in issue before April this year.
After the fund raise by 11 August they then had 316,973 shares in issue.
So they issued 9,929 shares and their website says they raise £655k (which works with their £66 share price)
So, assuming Boysson took part in the recent fundraise (which we can only assume he wasn't on board before although he may have) then he bought 4026 shares at £66 each which equates to £265,716k

FX, as ever we don't know the exact nature of what this work entails so we can only speculate. The previous RNS' stated that NFX would be involved as a collaboration. Also Oxilio have an agreement with Biocopea who have a track record of drug development so there are no doubt options there.

FX, Nuformix were / are involved in helping the development for Oxilio, they said so in the RNS's

Worth noting that they are not just taking NXP001 as it is, they are reformulating it to then outlicense.

I was expecting the Ox deal to be closed following their recent raise, they only really need to cash in the bank for the up front payment. Although I get the feeling they are securing their own outlicensing deal in the background to fund the milestone payments.
