Its almost as if someone doesn't know what in-vivo means.

Kane, remember when NFX were saying NX006 was targetting a massive market of £300m+ and in the end they licensed it undisclosed to Dynasty Bio. Only later we found it was licensed for less than £300k. Then there was NX020 and the DX series.

Disclosure would avoid that happening again.

Kane, if they don't give any figures for NXP002 will you be happy?

FX, the £2m cap is immaterial as that is based on sales, Oxilio need to go through clinical testing so its another 6 or 7 years away at best till that figure comes into play. Hence for me its all about milestone payments signifying the value.

Oxilio have made a slight change to their reformulation section to now include OXL002, it reads like its part of the same family as 001, so again based on NXP001.
Perhaps milestones of the deal are variable dependent on how many and what indication is being addressed.

Just wished the company could explain this a bit better.

They've not even bothered to update their own website.

They could at least pretend they're bothered.

Annoyed at the lack of figures in today’s news. I knew the upfront would be undisclosed but was at least expecting some indication of milestones.

If we don’t hear from Allenby (or proactive who wrote the last note for them) then we probably can’t expect to hear any NXP002 numbers.

Has anyone tried the InvestorMeet website that Walbrook set up for NFX a month or so ago?

According to that we are in a period where the company is available for a 'demand driven' meeting to be set up, although the website doesn't tell you how to go about requesting one.

Needs more meat on the bone. I was hoping for at least an indication of milestone figures. Needs Allenby to back it up with an update.

Chab, previously Oxilio have said 'later in 2021' for clinical trials, although that has now disappeared off their website as of today.

I'm interested to see Allenbys take on todays signing. Previously they said NFX hadn't told them anything about the deal, so will be worth noting whether the company tell their broker about what they've signed up to.

Lostalot, previously the company has called 500k payments significant, so I would go with somewhere around that figure. For a company with no revenue, then anything could be deemed significant.
