Well I hope that has put to bed all the numb nuts on here who said we're going to be delisted, their silence is deafening hey Mr. C u nttious/ Gritster and co.

We hoped the few weeks touted would be a few weeks but some of us did say mid October - always add a month on to whatever Clive says.

Hopefully individual RNS's on B8 and NY licenses in the meantime and WS ownership signed off to boot, I doubt we'll get an Op's Update until after the suspension has been lifted.

We should see reserves booked on the Sholkara license perhaps in Q1 having years of production from two wells and 3D seismic data. Hopefully the Akkaduk license will flow too (is this well blocked or needs an acid wash-sidetrack?) with a second well drilled early next year and possibly more reserves booked soon after, I don't see why not if they can book Airshagyl reserves with only A5/ A6 wells drilled to TD.

It's been a while since the two oil ministries/ CASP timing-deadline for the paperwork was re submitted so the Akkaduk-Block 8 license-ownership is signed off, it's taken 3 years since the process of buying Block 8 began.......

By the end of Q1 we should have seen all the Airshagyl wells redrilled, NY wells tested and a WS shallow well drilled to TD, a busy 6 months ahead.

This Thursday/ Friday will hopefully see the suspension lifted if past dates are anything to go by.

The funny thing is KAZ/ OPEC should increase production as much as possible to reduce the price of oil in order to help reduce Russia's oil revenue as much as possible to bring the Ukraine/ Russian war closer to an end, but KAZ/ other oil companies need oil prices to stay high in order to stay afloat, catch 22.

An increase of KAZ oil will not have an effect on the global oil price, what difference is a few hundred thousand more barrels going to make, the glacial pace of KAZ admin is more to do with internal wrangling (e.g. 2 ministries are dealing with Block 8?) and the size of the envelope rather than the KAZ EM purposely trying to curtail production - that generates more taxes for the KAZ government. imo.

Once the suspension has been lifted CASP can then crack on drilling the Airshagyl A5/ A6/ A7 Deep Wells with the AR dosh.

We'll have to wait for the KAZ EM to sign off on the B8/ WS/ YN licenses/ ownership - WS spud can't be far off.

Op's will be busy as the above licenses get signed off and drilling/ testing commences.

I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with the Galaz sized prospect re buy option - hopefully the same deal along the lines as Block 8 and additional Reserves booked from B8/ YN this year to boot.

There's going to be a lot of sells when the suspension is lifted as the overleveraged need the dosh and will sell 'some' shares, but shareholders overall will stay invested until the all the wells have been redrilled etc. 2026 could be a mega year for CASP. If CASP buy the Galaz sized 'proven' oil field they're doing due diligence on I will remain invested until then unless the share price hits circ. 25p+ beforehand.

Because for the past several years the interims have been posted next week mainly on a Thur/ Fri inline with Carver's 2024 results timeline, and suspension being lifted thereafter, so we should get a double whammy next week. imo.

If we took Carver's ''a few weeks'' RNS statement literally then today would be exactly 3 weeks since his statement.

Like I said it was an open ended timeline but as I see it we're now at the beginning of the end re the suspension being lifted in the coming week.

Looking forward to no longer being locked in and unheeded drilling operations in CASP's next chapter.

LOL!! have you told the KAZ EM that?

The KAZ EM have not signed off on the transfer of the shallows ownership to AR - hence no CASP RNS confirming the sale has 'formally' completed and the shallow licenses are in AR name (only the sale between CASP and AR has completed)............once done CASP will have full access to the dosh and operations can then move forward.

CASP received $14m months ago - not touched?

Why?

Because the auditors imo won't include the dosh in case the EM don't formally sign the ownership of the shallows off for whatever reason and CASP have to pay the dosh back so are playing it safe until then, hence the wait.

Ignore the goons, they haven't got a Scoobi Doo and shouldn't be investing in oil companies like CASP who are operating in a third world country whose oil ministries administrations move at a glacial pace. Once the suspension is lifted they should move on and by TEASCO stock and the like.

Not one of them post one bit of research or analysis, which just goes to show how ill researched they are, I mean just look at their sad idiotic one liner posts they say the directors have run off with $69.1m.

Once the suspension has been lifted 'after' the AR deal has been formally signed off we will no doubt see an Op's Update a week or so thereafter focusing on the Airshagyl 3 wells as the £69.1m will then be accessible.

Unfortunately B8 and NY licenses will remain in limbo until the KAZ EM sign them off too, wrt WS CASP will have access to the $3m needed to drill the first well and could spud it next month, but will CASP wait until the KAZ EM have formally signed off on the transfer of ownership (months ago they said they would spud the well last month. but didn't)?

2024 YE Report/ last 6 months report both out by month end?

The board expects to publish the 2024 audited accounts in the next few weeks, following which the suspension of trading in the Company's shares is expected to be lifted."

A few weeks would take us ro 17 September, it's a very open ended time line. I wouldn't be surprised to see the suspension lifted nearer to month end, October even, as Carver can only guess when the KAZ EM will formally signed off on the shallows transfer. CASP will not want to hand back the $69.1m so will have to wait for KAZ EM ink to dry.

Could Carvers time line guesstimate be right for once?

With 2 wells drilled and fowing for quite some time on the Sholkara license there's avery good chance we could see reserves booked next year with this structure having an unrisked mean oil resource estimate of 100/400 million barrels of oil, roll on sign off.

If the Akkaduck structures well test flows commercial quantities of oil there will no doubt be another well spud to follow shortly afterward - what could the oil resource estimate be 100m-400m OIP too and reserves also booked next year?

Hopefully the paperwork has now passed from the first KAZ oil ministry to the second for the license to be sigh off - we don't won't to lose Block 8.
