Good morning, not been on for a long while but have been reading, and I do hold shares in here. I'm after a really simple explanation to the last RNA/RNS whatever you want to call it, just so people fully understand as I don't fully, and that's were the de-ramoers are spanking us.

1. The money we loaned, how much in total and did we use that to buy CUDA.

2. How long have we borrowed the money for minimum term, and when is the maximum term we can pay back without any penalties.

3. On the normal loan period, what do we have to pay back each month to the lender.

4. If we pay back the cash before whatever the maximum loan date is, do all the potential shares or bonds or whatever go away?.

5. Is there a possibility that the lender does not dilute the shares as he gets his money back on time, or will shares be issued no matter what, and when and how many.

I've read and read the The RNS and just can't 100% figure it out, so has someone the time please to just put it in bullet points, don't confuse the scenario lol, thank you.

As for the MM' and the price, we know its not moving due to the comments of our leader, RS will confirm a lot of oil, not possibly the same numbers, but a lot. But there are also issues with it, or complications, that's what is said in not so many words.

What could the complications possibly be, obviously with drilling it I would of thought, or not been that deep drilling????

Share options at 24p and 1/2 for one, my thoughts are the CPR will send the share well beyond the 24p mark, and this is what investors have been told and sold BWTFDIK.

If the figures quoted on the oil find have been exaggerated then there will be questions to answer. I sold a % of Zphr yesterday to average down, don't want to go all in as been burnt a few times on many a sure thing and guranteed winner, there is always something lurking behind the scenes.

£21,461 for 300k shares earlier was a sell from myself, not sure what it showed up as. Still have skin in the game, was averaging down in COPL, will be back again for a top up if all works out.

That's why I posted last night on his interview you could take a lot of posatives and negatives. Mentions of August for drilling I think, big find, issues with the drill, his nervousness, problems they could get around.

All will come out in the end, and a lot of posts will churn the fours and against Lol. I think thete will be at of issues and posatives. Also out 10% of Nigeria and the high tax of 85% there, we would need a huge recoverable find to put a mark up on the share.

But we know a placing would be on an average of a few days I believe, so if they did do it in the next 48 Hrs, you would say oh hello, no wonder there was a dip.

Anyway, all guess work at the Mo REF: Placing, what it would do is get a nice buy entry again as it normally goes to that price, but who knows.

Ryder Scott preparing the report, no timeline given, contact thinks it could come with the Q1 report, but is not sure if sooner or later, just the persons thought.

Person is linked to the company through the RNS, and spoke directly to the company today. Nothing else information wise, had a chat about AIM, like they said, this is not AIM and the line is straight not curved :-) see what the report says and hopefully if all proven correct then hopefully up she/he/it goes.

Hope your right Khaled78, just put my gran parents saving in here, not all, suggested they put 45k out of thete 50, they are just moving to Spain and have put a deposit on there place, hopefully your tip will pay for everything, if not I'm not sure what to do.

RKH not RGK, bouncing around on a train

I was in Desire petroleum, and lucky I shifted my money after a large spreadbetting loss, early am down 20k, close of play shifted what I had to RGK as they were drilling next, by close of play up 12k, but RGK where crap early on with thete drill.

Ended up with all in GKP which started off well, went down hill and back up again.

Well done Wookie, glad you say give it a rest and agree with me, funnier than Ken Dodd. I posted one true thing, and mentioned Desire Petroleum from years ago, an Asim company who said they found oil price went through the roof, next day said sorry its water, but that's not COPL.

My gold mine in my garden has just hit a huge seem, honest. Not telling no one to stop buying, or bad luck etc, I'm in but no more till the report comes in. If I miss the boat so be it, but a good % of my skin is in the game already.

Spot on, the price movement is down to MM's and small fish money, the big boys will not be in until a competent persons report is in, and I've seen no mention of that yet, unless I missed it. Yes there's money in, and decent money, but not big big money on this news yet I don't think.

If the report does not come in with what's been stated or better, it will be carnage. I'm hoping we are gonna be sorted, but still have bad memmories of Desire petroleum many years ago.

Do you think the share price has not pushed on because of Naheed Memon comment saying, optimistic on the results, where very encouraging was used in the same RNS?.
By the look of the price I would say an uncertainty at this moment, still reading up at the moment. What is everyone's thoughts on why we are slipping still, is it the Xmas money being taken off the table?.
