I have read them all, as AG1989 rightly points out in a fashion, an MOU is a piece of paper that is not a binding contract, and each side will have a get out default clause that suits them, normally the person with the upper hand.

I hope all goes well and it is successful, we are successful as investors, there is so much upside as pointed out, but so many underhand dealings afloat, just look at a host of shares that are ramped, look good, but the issue of corrupt countries.

Let's hope ORCP does have what people are looking for.

Also, I don't mind saying that I thought I knew what i was doing, all the reading I undertook like many others, I thought it was a good investment, 69.4% down on my 22k investment still, so a few more years and hopefully it will recover.

Probably should have said that first hand, like our coal, is it good or poor quality, remember EDL and the loads of Coal they were supposed to have but poor quality.

So why is this moving, what are ORCP putting in, and what will be the big piece of news that will get this back to what price it was before the drop to where we are now. I'm seeing a lot of MOU's, do ORCP hold the technology, the land, the finance, what do they have that is needed?

Do you think the government are going to own up to the Diamonds been missing, all corrupt as each other. Vast upper echelons recouping money, and God knows who else. It is all a joke, asked many security contacts if they know anything about this claim, recovery, all Semi laughed, with the best one being you will be lucky to see a can of Double Diamond.

If the Diamonds were insured, then with which company, for how much, have they been paying the premiums, what are the recovery procedures, all s22te. Another gruntled investor who has followed more crap shares at the wrong time, as I saw before 1 person saying 60k up, well he isn't now as he's in the 50k up, sell while you can then re-buy as this is getting a placing at, I would anticipate .45 with a possible touch of that as well.

Not going to move whilst just an MOU I don't think, what we don't see are the finer withdrawal points from the MOU should either want to relinquish their position, we need proper contracts.

Do we know what the quality of the coal is like, lost a chunk on my early EDL venture, they had coal, different situation but it wS poor quality.

Nit being negative, I just didn't understand coal and wasn’t aware there was good or bad types of coal.
