Don't think so Stebo, plenty of time to buy in yet, Oct will be the move for me on the finance drawdown.

Good thing is 2p incentive for management, not happy with the request though, wish it was at 2.5 or higher, but at least that puts a consolidation to bed I hope for a while.

My question on 1st debt drawdown was answered, so I see the next possible share price rise being round about Oct, so I won't buy anymore yet, will see if it drifts down in price unless other news updates released.

Bit dissapointed in 2p for handouts, thought they may of done it around 2.5p.

The fact that they managed to get an offer of $130k for a purse / handbag should tell anyone that the value of that part of the business alone is many multiples of that. A competitor (there’s only really a handful) would likely pay multiples of the current market cap to remove BSFA and own their patents.

1. Never designed the bag

2. Did they buy the diamonds, what were they worth?

Out of the $130k which is about £97k, what is there % and profit margins on that, the company would not answer any of my questions.

I know it's a lot of money for a small piece of material, and it was a 1 off piece, but there are a lot of pieces missing in this jigsaw, some big pieces.

Maybe somene else can reach out to the company for answers.

Do we know what sort of timeline for the below NICE evaluation, and time to NHS prescription. Is the NHS a big game changer or the USA market alone.

The approval, granted to Novo Nordisk, makes the tablet available on a prescription-only basis to adults who are obese (BMI of 30 or above) or overweight (BMI of 27 to 30). The tablet is not currently available on the NHS and remains subject to evaluation by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), meaning private provision is presently the only route to access.

Is thete target price based on NHS contracts etc, or do they think it will not need that.

no point in arguing, this all seemed good till the raise, simple as that. people did try to warn others etc etc, but it's the same on every share board, pumpers & dumpers and genuine concerned ones who get **** down, same poop different day, and it is what it is.

you now have 4 options

1. hang in there, do nothing and see how it measures out, and take the financial loss if it doesn't.

2. hang in there and average down, big opportunity to do that tmrw, unless we get a surprise tier 1 rns which i doubt, they would have been watching this auction to gauge the appetite, and see if a better deal could be done.

3. sell up and move on, i don't think there's many in profit here, and if so, it will be dented tmrw morning big time.

4. prey to the gods

Would wait a little while Target for a top up, long way to production and this will keep dipping till some posative news.

I'm holding out for more, but I think even on news you might get a decent price if it keeps dipping, anything can happen.

Still no news on

1. what the diamonds on the bag are valued at.

2. What's the designer value name worth.

3. What % BSF will receive.

So strip back the diamonds and designer, what is the bag matetial and concept actually worth? without those unknowns, nobody knows.

Elephant in the room

1. No one knows or has asked what % BSF will receive, the share price shows its thought to be low, possibly quite low on the bag sale. They have refused to answer my questions.

2. The placing price and the lies REF: funding mechanism. Again refused to answer my questions.

3. Contracts signed, this will still be an issue as we don't know what % BSF will receive. Again refused to answer my questions.

I think by midweek next week we will know were where were going. I was looking at buying back in this afternoon but the confidence is not there yet.

We have had everyone ramp this share up, and talk it down etc etc, people shouted down for pointing out the negatives, and they are the ones who are correct.

Anyway good luck peeps, I think the bag will be a disaster today unfortunately in the way of not going for well above the open price.

Can buy on H&L no problem

We were at the warrant price last week, why put it so low, I think that's a poor sign.

Think we are going to have to wait till after the auction for price action, I was slated for selling last week, another poster was shown love for the same thing, anyway, said I would pop back in B4 the sale, but the 2p was, and is a current killer.

Powder at the ready for a buy in if things are posative, but the next move will not be if the bag sells at a large price, if it does, but on potential deals done, I don't think we will get news this week, all will be waiting to digest the intrest of the bag and sale price.

Like I said B4, no one knows what % BSF will receive, we just produce the material, not the end product.
